Dengan hasil positif di 3 pertandingan terakhir United siap buat menjamu Arsenal. Imbang lawan Barca, menang 1-0 lawan Madrid dan berhasil imbang lawan Bayern jadi hasil positif sebelum lawan Arsenal. Rasanya kemenangan buat lawan United sudah terlihat dari hasil2 United dan Arsenal. Hanya keajaiban yang bisa mengagalkan kemenangan lawan United.

Harapannya sih United bisa menang di kandang tapi melihat permainan akhir-akhir ini tampaknya sih kemungkinan berakhir imbang atau kalau lagi apes ya kalah tipis, hehe...:D

ASSESSING THE OPTIONS FOR UNITED AGAINST ARSENAL

Jose Mourinho will make at least one change to the starting XI on Wednesday night when Manchester United host Arsenal at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

That’s because Ashley Young is suspended for the 20:00 GMT kick-off, after the England international received his fifth yellow card of the campaign in Saturday's 2-2 draw at Southampton, meaning he will now serve a one-match suspension.

Portuguese prospect Diogo Dalot could take Young’s place at right-back against Arsenal, after making his Premier League debut as a substitute at St. Mary’s following a period of injury.

Meanwhile, on the opposite side of the defence, it remains to be seen if Luke Shaw will be available after the left-back was replaced against his former club due to a suspected knock.

In the centre, Victor Lindelof is unavailable with the injury that our latest Player of the Month suffered in the match against Crystal Palace on Saturday 24 November. Mourinho hopes the Swede can return at the end of this month.

Chris Smalling is a doubt after sitting out the match at Southampton, which Eric Bailly also missed out on. Phil Jones started the game and looks set to retain his place against Arsenal.

Meanwhile, Alexis Sanchez will not face his former club after Mourinho confirmed the Chilean is unlikely to play again this year, with the injury that he suffered in training last Thursday.

The boss has expressed his hope that Marcus Rashford will shake off a knock, after he was substituted as a precaution at the weekend.

“He was injured, he was asking to come off,” Jose said after the draw at Southampton. “Some players with that kind of injury do not play for two weeks. But Marcus, I am pretty sure he will be fine for the next one.”

Romelu Lukaku was also taken off in the 86th minute after appearing to fall awkwardly, but it is currently unclear whether the Belgian is injured.

Chris Smalling is fighting to be fit to play for Manchester United against Arsenal on Wednesday after fracturing a bone in his foot.

The 29-year old sat out Saturday's draw at Southampton and has been advised not to play, but is still eager to figure at Old Trafford with Jose Mourinho facing a defensive crisis.

Smalling is understood to have suffered a hairline fracture on the outside of his left foot during United's Champions League win over Young Boys and has been receiving treatment in the hope of soldiering on.

Mourinho was forced to play Scott McTominay and Nemanja Matic alongside Phil Jones in a makeshift defence at Southampton, but Jones is facing a late test after undergoing scans on an injury he picked up on Saturday.

Eric Bailly has a slight back injury while Luke Shaw and Antonio Valencia are nursing knocks and Ashley Young is suspended.

However, Marcos Rojo is hoping to play his first competitive game since the World Cup in June.

Smalling will be advised to rest and allow his foot to heal but recognises the pressure his team and manager Mourinho are under to close the gap on the top four.

Mourinho is also waiting to see how striker Marcus Rashford responds to treatment on an ankle injury.

The England international is one of several walking wounded as Manchester United face up to a mounting injury list.

Phil Jones underwent a scan on Monday while Chris Smalling has had further discussion with medical and fitness staff over a foot injury.
