Definitely Red Card . Kasusnya sama pas Gerrard tackling 2 kaki ke Carrick di babak ketiga FA Cup 2010/2011 lalu atau pas Hudo Rodallega tackling 2 kaki ke salah satu pemain United (lupa siapa yg ditackle
) di laga EPL 10/11.

A player, substitute or substituted player is sent off if he commits any of the following seven offences:
-serious foul play
-violent conduct
-spitting at an opponent or any other person
-denying the opposing team a goal or an obvious goalscoring opportunity by deliberately handling the ball (this does not apply to a goalkeeper within his own penalty area)
-denying an obvious goalscoring opportunity to an opponent moving towards the player's goal by an offence punishable by a free kick or a penalty kick
-using offensive, insulting or abusive language and/or gestures
-receiving a second caution in the same match
A player, substitute or substituted player who has been sent off must leave the vicinity of the field of play and the technical area.

II. Additional Instructions and Guidelines for the Referee , part : Serious Foul Play

Serious foul play
1) A player is guilty of serious foul play for using excessive force or brutality against an opponent when challenging for the ball when it is in play.
2) Any player who lunges at an opponent in challenging for the ball from the front, from the side or from behind using one or both legs, with excessive force and endangering the safety of an opponent is guilty of serious foul play.
3) Advantage should not be applied in situations involving serious foul play unless there is a clear subsequent opportunity to score a goal.
4) The referee shall send off the player guilty of serious foul play when the ball is next out of play
5) A player who is guilty of serious foul play should be sent off and play is restarted with a direct free kick from the position where the offense occurred or a penalty kick (if the
offense occurred inside the offender’s penalty area)

Tackling 2 kaki termasuk "Serious Foul Play" , dan sudah dijelaskan lebih lanjut di poin ke 2 di atas . Hukumannya sudah jelas , yaitu : Red Card .
