Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has heaped praise on Daniel James after the winger starred in Sunday's victory over Newcastle.
United moved back up to second with a 3-1 win at Old Trafford, James scoring the second with a good finish in the second half.
It was his first start in the top flight this year and Solskjaer believes James is reaping the rewards of the hard work he's been putting in behind the scenes after scoring for the second successive match.
James had fallen out of favour under Solskjaer after his form dipped following a blistering start to his United career last season.
But the United boss rejected claims he had 'disappeared' and is delighted to see him back to his best.

'He has never disappeared, he’s been working hard behind the scenes, always been available, always a player you can use in different positions,' Solskjaer said.
'He is learning the game and I’m very happy for him. We work with him, we try to help everyone.
'Dan came from the Championship up to Man United, hit a few goals in his first games it’s bound to take some energy away from you with the headlines and media attention but he has knuckled down and worked to get that confidence to believe in himself. Now he knows he is a good player.'
