Ferdy fit and raring to go

RIO FERDINAND has declared himself fit to return from injury this weekend.
The Manchester United centre-half has missed the last two games due to a groin strain.
That was the latest in a succession of injury problems that have plagued Ferdinand all season.
The 31-year-old England captain missed three months of the season from mid-October with a back problem but has suffered a succession of knock-on injuries.
Yet he will put his body on the line again this Sunday with United travelling to Sunderland for their penultimate game.
Wayne Rooney is still a doubt, having missed last Saturday's game against Spurs also with a groin injury.
The striker, 24, is likely to be fit for the final game of the season at home to Stoke.
He is still receiving treatment on the ankle injury suffered in Munich a month ago, while an inflamed kneecap tendon is also troubling him.
