Terlalu cepat buat Giggs jadi manajer tetap. Khawatir aja sih. Dengan pengalaman sebagai manajer yg baru 1 pertandingan rasanya bikin was2. Lebih sreg klo misalnya LvG masuk dan Giggs jadi muridnya. Bisa dapet ilmu dari 2 manajer bagus buat modal nanti jadi manajer tetap. Apalagi gaya main LvG beda sama Fergie (yang aku khawatirkan klo Giggs cuma faham taktik ala Fergie) jadi bisa memperkaya ilmu dia. Setelah LvG (yang secara umur udah menjelang pensiun) baru Giggs naik.

Versi media memang bilang LVG akan tangani United, walau belum ada konfirmasi dari klub namun menurut mereka LVG bakan bawa Patrick Kluivert sebagai assistant & Frans Hoek sebagai GK coach.

Frans Hoek

A 57-year-old goalkeeping coach who has worked extensively under van Gaal in his previous jobs at Ajax, Barcelona, Bayern Munich and the Dutch national team.

The pair first started working together back in January 1991 at Ajax and he coached former United goalkeeper Edwin van der Sar during a period in which they rose to be the best team in Europe.

Hoek followed van Gaal to Barcelona in the summer of 1997 and had two spells at the Catalan club.

He also worked under Leo Beenhakker for the Polish national side between 2006 and 2009 before being reunited with van Gaal at Bayern Munich in 2010.

Hoek will likely replace Chris Woods, who kept his job at Old Trafford when David Moyes was sacked last week because of her good work with David De Gea.

His Wikipedia entry in Dutch has already been updated to say that he has coached at United.


Jos van Dijk

The physio for the Dutch national side who, like Hoek, has worked for many years under van Gaal.

The manager took him from AZ Alkmaar to Bayern Munich in the summer of 2009 and he worked for the Bavarian club as a technique coach.

When van Dijk linked up with the Dutch national side in August 2012, it was in a physio capacity.


Max Reckers

34-year-old who is employed by van Gaal as a video analyst, helping to study future opponents and form suitable tactics.

He has followed the same route as van Dijk, working first at Alkmaar and then Bayern.

Reckers was appointed chief analyst for the Dutch side in 2012 after being involved with Ajax during the interim.


Patrick Kluivert

The best known of the quartet, former Holland international striker Kluivert is currently one of van Gaal's assistant coaches for the national team.

He played for Ajax, Milan, Barcelona, Newcastle, Valencia, PSV and Lille during a prolific career and won league titles in Holland and Spain as well as the Champions League with Ajax in 1995.

Kluivert, now 37, scored 40 goals in 79 matches for the Dutch national team - a record until Robin van Persie surpassed it in 2013 - and was the joint top scorer at Euro 2000.

After retiring, he coached at Twente, Alkmaar, NEC Breda and Brisbane Roar before joining up with van Gaal in the national team staff in August 2012.

Kluivert has already backed van Gaal for the United job in interviews and said he would be honoured to sit alongside him in the Old Trafford dug-out.


Danny Blind

Another member of the famous Ajax side of the nineties, Blind was a defender of distinction during a career that spanned two decades.

He is currently an assistant to van Gaal in the Dutch national set-up, having previously worked as both head and assistant coach at Ajax.

Blind made 372 appearances for the Amsterdam club between 1986 and 1999, and won 42 caps for Holland.

2. Giggsy percaya kepada psra pemain. Ane baca komentar doi, sangat penuh dengan yang namanya optimisme.
3. Pengalaman manajerial. Giggsy memeng belum pernah memberikan tropy sebagai seorang manager. Tetapi dia telah banyak meraih tropy sbg pemain. Tenti doi tau bagaimana rasaya meraih tropy dan juga tau jalan sepeeti apa yang harus dilakukan untuk meraih tropy.

From his first press conference to walking out as United boss at Old Trafford, Ryan Giggs has meant business. He looks every inch a Man United manager.

Nobody knows that club better than Giggs and if United really want to build for the future then why not give him the chance to do it?

He has won everything there is to win as a player and you could tell he had the respect of the players on Saturday. They looked like they were enjoying playing for him.

He showed he is not afraid to make big decisions, either. He left Marouane Fellaini out of the squad and Juan Mata on the bench. That’s nearly £65m of talent not in your starting XI.

There is no doubting Louis van Gaal is a top manager, but he is 62 and has a World Cup to prepare for this summer. Does he really know more than Giggs about what United need? He might do a job in the short term but it would not be too long before United have to start looking again for a new boss.

Giggs might be inexperienced and would benefit from having somebody like Mike Phelan back alongside him. But Kenny Dalglish was only 34 when he took over for the first time at Liverpool and became one of the club’s most successful managers. There’s no reason Giggs can’t do the same.

Giggs as Manchester United's permanent manager would be a gamble, says Berg

The former Old Trafford defender says the 40-year-old has the qualities to become a top manager but says something with experience is needed at the club



Former Manchester United defender Henning Berg believes it would be a “gamble” for the club to appoint Ryan Giggs on a permanent basis.

Following the sacking of David Moyes on Tuesday, the 40-year-old has been named as United’s temporary manager until the end of the season, while Louis van Gaal has agreed a deal to join Old Trafford following the end of Netherlands’ World Cup campaign this summer.

In his managerial debut, Giggs guided United to a 4-0 victory over Norwich City on Saturday but Berg, who made over 100 appearances under Sir Alex Ferguson, believes the Welshman needs an experienced coach alongside him.

"He doesn’t have the experience of doing it,” Berg told talkSPORT.

“Maybe he can become a top manager later on but at the moment he’s not had that experience and for United to choose a guy who has not done it before is a little bit of a gamble.

"But then every manager you hire will be a gamble because you have seen with [Louis] van Gaal, he has only stayed one season or two seasons at a club and then he has to go. Every time you choose a manager it’s a little bit of a gamble. Not everything is going to be 100 per cent sure.

"Ryan Giggs has all the qualities that’s needed to be a top manager but he has not done it before. If he’s going to be the new manager I would hope he will bring with him someone with a bit more experience, whose been a manager before and who can guide him.

"Even though Sir Alex [Ferguson] is still there, he wouldn’t be there every day to do all the detailed discussions and the small, small things.

“With Paul Scholes, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville, he’s got great football people, good decision-making and people who know it but they don’t have big experience as managers either.

"So if they want to go that route, they should bring an experienced one in who can help with making the right decisions."

Lazim memang new manager pasti bakalan bawa orang- orang kepercayaannya. Bakal ada yang kehilangan kerjaan selain Chris Woods kayanya.

Posisi first team coach gak ada tuh. Bisa saja kalau benar berita tsb, Giggs atau masih Neville yang akan ada diposisi first team coach. Scholes & Butt dikembalikan lagi ke tim muda..

Kalau tetap Giggs juga yang jadi manager tetap saya gak masalah, asalkan Giggs bawa 1 lagi nama berpengalaman utk jadi assisten manager, Rene/ Carlos mungkin. Paul, Nicky, Phil siapa saja bisa jadi coach sisanya balik ke tim muda atau kalau mau ditahan terserah Giggs.

Intinya siapapun manager nanti, saya tetap bakalan dukung beliau.

Louis van Gaal would be a 'perfect fit' for Man United, claims Franz Beckenbauer

Franz Beckenbauer hailed Louis van Gaal as one of the world’s best coaches and the ‘perfect’ fit for Manchester United because of his experience, ambition and personality.

German icon Beckenbauer watched from close quarters as Van Gaal won the double with Bayern Munich in 2010, only missing out on the Champions League trophy in the final against Jose Mourinho’s Inter Milan.

‘He would be perfect for Man United because he is an internationally experienced coach and he understands English football,’ said the Bayern legend, who served the club as captain, manager and president.

‘I don’t know if it’s a rumour or if they’re really trying to sign him but if they agree with Louis I think it would be a good part of the future. He won a lot of titles so he is experienced and he is ambitious. He has the personality. He has everything.’

As for Van Gaal’s reputation for arrogance, which played a part in his exit from Bayern in 2011, Beckenbauer admitted: ‘If you ask him a stupid question then it can be that his answer is a bit arrogant, but if you treat him with respect, then respect comes back to you.

‘I like him. He was also very successful with Bayern Munich. In the end there was a little discussion about the way he was handling his job so that’s why they went separate ways — but for me he’s one of the best coaches in the world.’

Beckenbauer was speaking to Sportsmail as an ambassador of Gazprom’s ‘Football for Friendship’ initiative, which brings children from different European countries together and takes some to Lisbon to attend next month’s Champions League final.

Having beaten United in the quarter-final, Bayern are attempting to become the first team to defend the trophy in the modern era, although they are a goal down to Real Madrid going into the second leg of the semi-final in Munich tonight.

‘It was not a perfect result, but Bayern Munich can be very happy it was only a 1-0 defeat when it could have been two or three,’ said Beckenbauer, who is not the greatest fan of Pep Guardiola’s possession-based brand of football.

‘He is a master for keeping the ball and there’s always been a philosophy that if you are in possession, the opposition are not able to score goals, but it is not the most attractive part of the game.

‘To score from 30 metres is spectacular, more attractive than to keep possession but it’s the philosophy of Guardiola and it has been successful with Barcelona and Bayern Munich.’

Bayern’s team is largely based around those who won the European title last year under Jupp Heynckes, who was ousted to make way for Guardiola. They are aiming for a third successive Champions League final.

‘I like to watch the wingers, Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben,’ said Beckenbauer. ‘Manuel Neuer is probably the best goalkeeper in the world and Bastian Schweinsteiger is wonderful for team interest.

‘Jupp Heynckes was really popular and he still is. He won the treble, the most famous titles in football, but he is 69 years old and so he is not the future. The future is Guardiola and if you have a chance to sign him which Bayern Munich did, I think it was the best move that can ever happen.’

Even so, Bayern cannot expect to dominate the competition as they did in the 1970s, when Beckenbauer’s team won a hat-trick of European titles from 1974-76.

‘You can see how difficult it is to play in this competition because no team have won it twice in a row,’ he said. ‘New teams are getting stronger. It is a different game, different lifestyle and different materials. Everything is much more professional than it was 40 years ago.’

If Bayern make it past Real Madrid tonight, they could face Chelsea in the final. Beckenbauer once claimed Jose Mourinho was ‘rude and with no education’ but he admires him as a coach.

‘Jose is Jose, I wouldn’t say the best but if you have Guardiola and if you have Jose Mourinho it can’t be better,’ he said. ‘I like personalities. I like these kinds of people and he is one of the most successful coaches in the whole world.

‘Yes, he can win it again, why not? Chelsea have the chance to beat Atletico at home, then they are in the final and in one game anything can happen.’
