Re: Marco Reus
Marco Reus boost for Liverpool and Manchester United with Germany star available for less than £20m
* Reus is Borussia Dortmund's star player and could command fee of £30m * However, he has a release clause of £19.8m and could be available for less * Bayern Munich and Real Madrid also linked with the forward * Reus missed Germany's triumphant World Cup campaign through injury Marco Reus could join Liverpool or Manchester United for just £19.8million after details of his release clause were leaked. The highly-rated Germany forward has Europe's top clubs circling after two successful years at Borussia Dortmund in the Bundesliga. Liverpool are known admirers but it was widely believed that Reus would command a fee closer to £30m, pricing the Reds out of any move. In demand: Marco Reus is attracting attention from some of the biggest clubs on the continent The clause becomes active next summer and German paper Bild has reported that interested clubs have been told he will be available for a knockdown fee. Dortmund's domestic rivals Bayern Munich and Spanish giants Real Madrid have also been linked with the 25-year-old but the leak comes as a boost to Liverpool and their fierce rivals Manchester United. New United manager Louis van Gaal is in the market for world-class new recruits as he embarks on his first season in English football. Reus rejoined Dortmund in 2012 from Borussia Monchengladbach after his hometown club released him as a 17-year-old. He scored 21 goals in 39 matches for Dortmund last sea Meanwhile, Reus believes Bayern will dominate Europe and the Bundesliga once again this season. He has insisted Dortmund - who finished second, 19 points behind the Bavarians last term - must be more consistent if they are to keep up with the champions during the upcoming campaign. Speaking to German sports magazine Kicker, Reus said: 'It will be all about Bayern Munich again in the Bundesliga, even if they weren't crowned champions in 2007 and 2011 the season after a World Cup. 'As for Dortmund, we will have to ensure we don't drop as many points again as we did halfway through last season.' Code:

Re: Marco Reus
Lain cerita klo LVG pake 4-3-3. Reus dan Di Maria bakal klop disana. Jadi kaget klo United nawar Reus meski klo gabung nggak bakal nggak seneng. IMO... |

Re: Marco Reus
Manchester United to rival Arsenal for January signing of Marco Reus
Arsenal could face competition for the signing of Marco Reus with Manchester United reportedly plotting a January move for the German. The Gunners have been linked with Reus all summer but a move failed to materialise, however reports since Monday’s transfer deadline have suggested Arsene Wenger will wait until the end of the season to snap up the midfielder. But according to the Telegraph, that may prove too late with United already considering making a bid for Reus when the transfer window reopens in January. A £19.8m release clause will come into effect in the Borussia Dortmund man’s contract next summer and United hope a bigger offer will convince the Bundesliga side to cash in at the turn of the year. Louis van Gaal carried out some lavish spending this summer, with the likes of Angel Di Maria, Daley Blind and Radamel Falcao moving to Old Trafford. But the Dutchman isn’t finished yet and has already laid out his targets for the winter window. Mats Hummels and Kevin Strootman are said to be on his wish-list. Code:

Re: Marco Reus
Marco Reus' Reported Contract Delay Alerts Manchester United, Liverpool, Arsenal
Marco Reus has reportedly decided to hold fire on signing a new contract with Borussia Dortmund after becoming "disappointed with the club's transfer policy," according to German publication Sportbild and via Alex Harris of the Daily Star. Such a situation is likely to bolster interest from the Premier League, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal reportedly monitoring the "concerned" player, per Anthony Chapman of the Express. Reus has watched on as key stars such as Mario Gotze and Robert Lewandowski have left the club for Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich in the past two years, transfers that have slowed the progress of Jurgen Klopp's 2013 Champions League finalists. BVB finished 19 points behind Bayern in second place last season and are already trailing the leaders by four after five games this campaign. Lewandowski has strolled to two goals without hitting top form since his summer switch, while Gotze has also performed shy of his potential and still managed to net three, per WhoScored.com. Pep Guardiola's side showed glimmers of returning to their best with the 4-0 win over Paderborn on Tuesday, a realisation that could soon have Dortmund fans acknowledging second place should be their goal for the season. While Klopp has typically replaced his outgoing stars well—bringing in Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Ciro Immobile to replace Gotze and Lewandowski respectively—it is no doubt frustrating for Reus to see the heart of the club's success ripped out. Even more frustrating will be Lewandowski's exit, which came on a free due to Dortmund's unwillingness to sell another player to their main rivals. Pride got in the way of a business decision, particularly as it quickly became clear the Polish striker wanted to depart. Reus is now the symbol of Dortmund's battle to quell their Bavarian foes. Having worked diligently to earn a move back to his boyhood club, he recently said "Bayern will never have me," amid reports the Allianz Arena side were planning another swoop on Klopp's men. Bayern president Franz Beckenbauer stoked the fire in August and was quoted saying: "If you can get a player of his class, you need to try it," per Enis Koylu of Goal.com. "If he doesn't go to Bayern in 2015, he will probably go to another big club like Real Madrid or Manchester United. Dortmund will probably not be able to hold on to him." Premier League sides have often been linked with Reus' signature. Spanish journalist Kike Marin, reported via Metro, previously insisted Arsenal were on the verge of completing a £27.6 million deal for the player before his pre-World Cup injury problems set in. Reus' buyout clause is believed to be £20 million, approximately €25 million, as revealed by Bayern CEO Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and noted by Sportbild. 101 Great Goals posted the German publication's headline surrounding this minimal cost during the summer transfer window: Quote:
Dortmund chief executive Hans-Joachim Watzke has constantly suggested that the club will do all they can to maintain Reus' presence, as noted during the recent transfer window by Kicker and via Alex Richards of the Daily Mirror: Quote:
Such occurrences, led by Gotze and Lewandowski, are sure to frustrate their former team-mate. If Reus doesn't ink a new deal by the onset of 2015, we can expect this rumour to go into overdrive, particularly if the aforementioned English clubs continue to struggle for consistency. Reus is a class act, capable of making an impact at any time, and he would be finally succumbing to the seemingly inevitable if he leaves Dortmund next year. Code:

Re: Marco Reus
Manchester United and Arsenal 'considering a move' for Borussia Dortmund star Marco Reus
* Marco Reus' deal at Borussia Dortmund is set to expire in the summer of 2019 * Reus is currently sidelined with a cruciate ligament injury until the new year * Sky Germany report Manchester United and Arsenal are considering a move * Reus has stated he would consider leaving Dortmund for a change of scenery Arsenal and Manchester United are both monitoring Marco Reus' situation at Borussia Dortmund with his contract set to expire in 2019, according to reports in Germany. Reus has struggled with fitness problems throughout his career and is currently sidelined with a cruciate ligament injury which is set to keep him out until 2018. The 28-year-old recently admitted he would consider leaving Dortmund for a change of scenery, telling GQ: 'There are four or five international clubs who interest me. Marco Reus revealed he would consider leaving Borussia Dortmund to 'try something different' 'On May 31 next year, I will turn 30. That would be my last big contract and a final opportunity to try something different.' And Sky Germany report that United and Arsenal have been alerted by Reus' comments and are considering making a move for the Germany international. Arsenal are bracing themselves for the departure of Alexis Sanchez with the Chilean's contract set to expire this summer and Reus could fit the bill as a ready-made replacement. Jose Mourinho's United are reportedly also monitoring Reus' progress in Dortmund and could be prepared to offer him a fresh start. Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc recently hit out at speculation surrounding Reus by stating: 'We see Marco with us in the long run.' Reus hasn't featured for his club since damaging his anterior cruciate ligament in Dortmund's 2-1 win over Eintracht Frankfurt in the German Cup final back in May. He only managed 17 league appearances last season and hasn't played 30 Bundesliga matches since the 2013-14 campaign. Reus has twice won Player of the Season in Germany and has been named in the Bundesliga Team of the Year five times. Code:
