Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Target saya masuk zona UCL dl Maju terus #GWSMU #ehh #GGMU |

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Edisi nyomot dari website luar (part 1)...
__________ Tactical Analysis: Can Louis van Gaal’s tactical philosophy work for Man United? by Sriram Manoharan Footballing Philosophy: A saying that congregates art, high thinking and sport into something that so powerfully symbolizes a manager’s power of thought. When it comes to legendary managers with the best footballing philosophy, there are many who have influenced the master tacticians of today: Arrigo Sacchi, Bob Paisely, Matt Busby, Nigel Clough, Bill Shankly, Rinus Michels, Johan Cruyff – The list is illustrious. These doyens of the tactics board have influenced the senior stalwarts of today: Marcelo Lippi, Fabio Capello, Vicente del Bosque, Ottmar Hittzfeld, Carlo Ancelotti; who in turn have seen modern tacticians like Pep Guaridola, Jose Mourinho, Marcelo Biesla, Jurgen Klopp, Roberto Martinez and Diego Simeone taking over the mantle. However, when we make a list of the greatest managers ever, no matter who compiles the list, one manager will always be on it. A grey-haired old Scot with sharpness in tongue, deed and mind, the best man-manager of all time: Sir Alex Ferguson. While the current generation of football fans obsess over false nines, high lines, defensive blocks and inverted wingers, it is often forgotten that a manager with the best tactical nous can’t make millionaires squeal at the mere sight of him without possessing pragmatism, respect, a personal touch and a sense of unwavering respect. Simply put, David Moyes’ possessed none of the above qualities and was ultimately sacked. His replacement should possess tactical genius, a trophy laden cabinet and the ability to ‘CREATE’ great players, not just buy them. Ryan Giggs may have the most enviable cabinet but is still unproven and long term would be a risky appointment. So it is only natural that United turn their attentions to a man whose Ajax 1994 side (of Seedorf, van der Sar, de Boer, Blind, Kluivert, Overmars, Litmanen) inspired Sir Alex himself to blood the Class of ’92: The Iron Tulip, The Czar of Alkmaar, the outspoken Dutch Maestro: Louis van Gaal, who describes himself as “I am who I am and I have my own ways. I’m not going to change and I have no desire to” and “If we can strengthen our squad, we’ll buy. But I’m not the kind of coach who just goes out and buys for the sake of it. I’m a coach who wants to – and can – improve players.” Biesla and Guardiola look upto him. Mourinho learned from him at Barca. His philosophy is an attack-based one, favoring pace down the flanks and relentless ball retention. Ronald de Boer, who played under van Gaal, says that while Johan Cruyff was primarily concerned with style and identity over results, Guardiola related more to van Gaal’s insatiable desire for success. His Dutch team scored 34 goals in World Cup 2014 qualification: the most in Europe. For Louis van Gaal, his philosophy is primary and the system is secondary, irrespective of his 4-3-3 or 4-2-3-1 :
His Ajax of 1994 were youthful, talented and full of pace on the flanks. Litmanen provided the cutting edge and dynamism in the #10 role whereas Davids, de Boer and Rijkaard were the perfect blend of brain and brawn. In 2009, he shaped Bayern around the awesome wing combo of Robbery – Arjen Robben and Franck Ribery whilst fielding two defensive midfielders with a playmaker (Schweinsteiger or Kroos) For the Netherlands, he has overseen a return to old school Dutch attacking play: the ruthlessness of Robin van Persie up front boosted by the pace of Lens and Robben on the flanks. If not for Strootman’s unfortunate injury, the Dutch would have boasted a midfield three that could threaten Busquets-Xavi-Iniesta at the World Cup. Regardless of that set-back, they have qualified automatically after topping their group, winning nine games and are sure to win many fans with their attacking play in this summer’s showpiece event in Brazil What would his tactical approach be if he were to take over United? Van Gaal knows how to improve young players, like Sir Alex improved Ronaldo and Rooney. Van Gaal could make Wilfried Zaha a world beater, turn Januzaj into Giggs v2.0, chisel Nick Powel’s passing, move Kagawa into the hole, make Welbeck score 20 goals a season, fine tune Jones-Smalling, improve Hernandez’s first touch: you get the idea. Given his penchant for promoting youth this all looks possible. Young, Nani, Cleverley, Evra, Ferdinand will have to be moved on. What he makes of Fellaini, one cannot fathom. But we can’t expect him to do miracles. Like all van Gaal sides, United will adopt an attacking, exciting Dutch philosophy – in line with the traditions of the club – giving importance to youth, teamwork, discipline and collectief One constant of van Gaal is his preference for width. Overmars-George, Robben-Ribery and Robben-Lens are all pacey and gifted wing pairs. At United, the present squad has 3 wingers who offer very little in attack: Nani, Young and to a lesser extent, Valencia. If he goes with Januzaj and Zaha on the wings, he cannot accommodate Kagawa or Mata along with Rooney and van Persie. United can’t play three number 10’s (Rooney, Mata, Kagawa) and still maintain width by playing two wingers. This is the current problem facing the squad. In midfield, Toni Kroos would be a welcome world class addition and could be paired with Carrick or Fletcher (if he remains). Fellaini is a bruiser and nothing more. He offers little movement on or off the ball, can’t pass forward and is afraid to get the ball from the center backs to start attacks. If Shaw is signed, he can learn to make the left back spot his own for the next decade. United’s midfield woes are not complete if Kroos is signed: Carrick and Fletcher’s spot must have competition from a world class volante – maybe William Carvalho. His record is unquestionable and there is no better candidate to take over at The Theater of Dreams. After this summer’s World Cup, we can expect a dash of Oranje woven into the Red and White fabric of the biggest football club in the world. |

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Part 2-nya dari redcafe
Code:
http://www.redcafe.net/threads/deconstructing-van-gaals-philosophy-winners-and-losers.391061/ Now that he's finally been announced as our next manager, the next obvious step for fans is to see how he can influence our set-up and take us back to the pinnacle of both domestic and European football once again. van Gaal's philosophy is well-known now: winning the largest number of possible titles available whilst playing attractive football with the maximum number of players trained at the club. His footballing doctrine develops even further to demand that the team is more important than the individual and that the players have an obligation to meet and defend the ideas and demands of the club. To the supporters of Manchester United who are sceptical of van Gaal's appointment (I was initially one of them), this will be music to your ears. It's a philosophy that was no doubt founded in Ajax, developed in Barcelona but there's no doubting its pertinence to Manchester United either: it is 'The United Way'. Whilst some of these ideologies are adhered to off the pitch, van Gaal's footballing system on the field of play has predominantly been a variation of a 2-3-2-3/5-2-3/4-1-2-3. Like everything with the Dutchman, every minor detail is finely tuned and each member of the system has specific roles which they must adhere to if they want to feature in his XI. The system is based on a set of positions, lines and triangles for perfect coverage of the pitch at different stages of the game. Players must always be in a position to receive the ball when in possession and without the ball, players must apply pressure high up the pitch in order to force his opponent into relinquishing possession. Again, music to the ears of United fans who've championed our need for more assertive possession in games and also our need to press high up the pitch against opponents. (Rigorous training of this tactic on the training field should also enable our players to cope better with the pressing game of the opposition, an area which we've struggled immensely in recent years.) Expectations and demands of the team as a whole are non-negotiable, but it's what van Gaal expects of each member of his team individually is what makes the system ultimately work. The formation is split into six segments: goalkeeper, centre-backs (x2), deep-lying playmaker, full/wing-backs (x2), central midfielders (x2), wide-attackers (x2), and centre-forward. Goalkeeper:
United's goalkeeping options: David de Gea, Anders Lindegaard, Sam Johnstone, Ben Amos Verdict: Sorted. Centre-backs:
United's centre-back options: Jonny Evans, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Michael Keane Verdict: van Gaal will definitely look to buy an experienced centre-back. Evans could well prosper under his tuition as he's an archetypal van Gaal CB with his technique, positioning, passing and movement. Smalling is another who van Gaal might develop beyond recognition. He has the majority of what van Gaal seeks, he just needs to be more commanding. Jones is one who's gone off the boil recently and it'll be interesting to see how he develops. His flexibility in recent years has hindered his progression. Deep-lying playmaker:
United's deep-lying playmaker options: Michael Carrick, Darren Fletcher, Tom Cleverley, Anderson, Maruoane Fellaini Verdict: I can't see van Gaal being entirely content with the type of players already at United ready-made to take up this role. All have varying traits which suit the position, but I see van Gaal wanting a better quality option here. Fabregas remains a target. Full/wing-backs:
United's full/wing-back options: Rafael, Patrice Evra, Alexander Buttner, Guillermo Varela Verdict: van Gaal may be quite content with his right-back options in Rafael and Varela (he would do well to remember to Rafael's ill-discipline which cost United against van Gaal's Bayern back in 2010, however) but he'll definitely be after a new left-back. Everyone expects Luke Shaw to arrive and he'd fit the bill perfectly. I'd expect Evra to move on and Buttner to stay as back-up (he may well play more than expected with Shaw being phased into the role). Central midfielders:
United's central-midfield options: Tom Cleverley, Anderson, Juan Mata, Shinji Kagawa, Marouane Fellaini, Nick Powell, Tom Lawrence Verdict: There's no denying the lack of depth in quality in this department. Apart from Mata and Kagawa, the others aren't good enough to propel us forward. Some have mooted Cleverley as one which van Gaal may develop but Tom hasn't progressed in three years now and time is running out. I'd expect van Gaal to improve this area of the field, most definitely. Kroos is one who would fit perfectly. Wide-attacking midfielders:
United's options in wide-attacking midfield: Nani, Antonio Valencia, Ashley Young, Adnan Januzaj, Shinji Kagawa, Juan Mata, Danny Welbeck, Wilfried Zaha, Bebe, Jesse Lingard Verdict: It's scarcely believable that, when you read through that list of players, barely any of them have set the world alight this past season. Januzaj obviously was the shining light (and Mata and Kagawa fleetingly) but the rest underwhelmed. I don't think too many tears would be shed if van Gaal decided to trim this area of his squad, starting with Young and Valencia. Centre-forward:
United's options at centre-forward: Robin van Persie, Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck, Javier Hernandez, James Wilson, Angelo Henriquez, Federico Macheda |

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
well, bener bgt 3 orang #10 akan sulit dimainkan di match yg sama...tapi LvG udah ngasih kode klo dia akan make kagawa,,mata ga mungkin di bench, dan rooney apalagi..
Januzaj jg akan dpt jatah maen lebih banyak menurut gw musim depan karena doi yg bakal nerusin banner "#11,, tearing you apart since 2013" di tribun Old Trafford klo ngeliat shaw yg akan dateng dan kroos juga..gw sendiri malah ngeri sendiri ngeliat skuad yg bagaimana yg bakal diusung United musim depan... *mlipir

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
Thread yang bagus buat diskusi...
OOT dikit... Quote:
His training sessions are generally 100 per cent ball-based, with the emphasis on improving players’ technique, rather than focusing solely on fitness". Gaya main atraktif, nggak takut mainkan pemaen muda, dan metode latihan yang rasanya menarik. Cocok lah buat jangka pendek... BTT... Masalah taktik sih LVG pernah bilang pas diwawancarai, "It's a footballing philosophy more than a system. A system depends on the players you have. I played 4-3-3 with Ajax, 2-3-2-3 with Barcelona and I can play 4-4-2 with AZ. I'm flexible. The philosophy stays the same though.". Formasi sayap nggak imbang. Sayap kiri ada eh sayap kanan ilang. Meski bisa aja pemaen diperintahkan rotasi posisi tapi kok sih membingungkan. Taktik super ofensif. |

Re: Manchester United under Louis van Gaal
satu kesamaan dari 2 taktik yg dipake LvG di Ajax,Muenchen. satu orang DM elegan...Rijkaard dan van Bommel.. pas barca siapa ya DM nya?? kayanya klo dia nempatin satu orang DM semodel rijkaard dan van Bommel disitu maka bisa jadi itu jadi ciri khasnya LvG..
nah..balik ke United, siapakah DM tersebut?? *ga pake mlipir
