Chicha sejauh ini ga punya skill olah bola yg istimewa...but he knows how to score....insting golnya bener2 diatas normal.

4. Big Dave aka De Gea semakin menyegel posisi kiper nomer satu United. Di luar kebiasaan United yg sering comeback,,penampilan Big Dave dibawah mistar tetep layak diacungi 2 jempol. Skillnya makin mantebb dan makin tenang menjaga gawang United.
bener banget RvP mank jadi pembeda

Setelah bbrp media mengulas pencapaian United s.d. match 22 lalu, akhirnya official web ManUtd.com ikut menurunkan tulisannya
BUT, tetep, season NOT over yet. Masih ada 16 match yg harus diperjuangkan, jangan cepat berpuas diri dan lengah dengan pencapaian saay ini

United's 22-game record

Manchester United's response to losing the title in cruel circumstances last May has, thus far, been emphatic.

While everybody realises that no trophies are handed out at the start of the calendar year, completing the double over Liverpool enabled Sir Alex Ferguson's team to post a club-record points haul in the Premier League after 22 games.

The 55-point tally is a new high and gives the Reds a seven-point advantage over champions Manchester City, who proved they will still be a tough nut to crack with an away success at Arsenal.

We decided to compare 2012/2013 with other campaigns when United collected more than 50 points at the same stage of the campaign. It's also worth noting that the lowest tally, in the inaugural season of the Premier League, still did not prevent the Reds from going on to win the title.

1993/94: 53pts. FINISH: 1st
Long reckoned by some to be the manager's best-ever XI, the Double winners had completed 22 games by Boxing Day, racking up a 14-point lead over nearest challengers Leeds. With only one defeat, the Reds were going to prove hard to catch and ended the season eight points clear of Blackburn with Leeds slipping to fifth.

2006/07: 54pts. FINISH: 1st
United's previous best tally was a classic response to the bar being raised by Jose Mourinho's Chelsea. A year earlier, the Reds had trailed the Blues by 16 points at this stage but were determined to bring the trophy back north. After only two losses, a six-point advantage was held over the Londoners and that was the margin of victory in May too.

2007/08: 51pts. FINISH: 1st
The pressure was on the champions to maintain a strong pace and top spot was secured after 22 games, albeit only on goal difference from Arsenal. With three defeats at the time, United would lose only twice more to retain the title by two points, with Chelsea second, one place ahead of the Gunners. European glory would also follow in Moscow.

2011/12: 51pts. FINISH: 2nd
In the other seasons when United had posted more than 51 points after 22 matches, the title would follow. In the seven campaigns when a half-century total had been amassed, only once (2003/04) did the trophy not wing its way to Old Trafford. Even despite an 89-point finish in 2011/12, Sir Alex's team lost out on goal difference when Sergio Aguero struck in stoppage time for Manchester City against QPR on a dramatic final day. The Reds had been three points adrift at the 22-game stage.

Quote:
United's Premier League record after 22 games

92/93 - 38 pts; second behind Norwich
93/94 - 53 pts; 14 points clear of Leeds
94/95 - 46 pts; trailing leaders Blackburn
95/96 - 41 pts; behind N'castle by 4 pts
96/97 - 41 pts; behind Liverpool by 2 pts
97/98 - 49 pts; 5 pts clear of Blackburn
98/99 - 41 pts; vintage year but only 3rd
99/00 - 50 pts; 3 points clear of Leeds
00/01 - 50 pts; 11 points clear of Arsenal
01/02 - 42 pts; top on goal difference
02/03 - 41 pts; behind Arsenal by 5 pts
03/04 - 50 pts; 1 point above Chelsea
04/05 - 44 pts; behind Chelsea, Arsenal
05/06 - 45 pts; 16 points clear of Chelsea
06/07 - 54 pts; 6 points clear at the top
07/08 - 51 pts; top on goal difference
08/09 - 50 pts; 1 win ahead of Liverpool
09/10 - 47 pts; behind Arsenal, Chelsea
10/11 - 48 pts; top and still unbeaten
11/12 - 51 pts; behind City by 3 points
12/13 - 55 pts; 7 points clear of City

Waw!!!

Evra and Valencia...

Evra.. Walaupun rekor golinnya bagus... tapi belakangan sering ga konsen and positioningnya sangat kacaaauuu... and defense nya kacrut.. gitu juga passingnya...

Valencia... One-Dimension Man... seems too predictable season ini.. and ketidakmauannya menggunakan kaki kiri itu bener2 buat dia jadi ga kreatif.. practicing your left foot mr. tony!! and.. dia juga rasanya semakin keilangan kepercayaan dirinya...

Udah kayak orang jawa aja nih United (peace, ndak sara lho ya), abis disanjung-sanjung trus malah ndelosor alias malah down performanya ...., abis dikupastuntas mengenai pencapaian post match #22 eh di match #23 malah drop point iya sih di kandang lawan, Wh1te Hart Pa1n, tapi ya itu dari 'penampakan' match kala itu, klo United bisa menjaga momentum mestinya gk perlu berbagi angka ama Spurs kala itu.

Next back to OT, tetep disyukuri raihan 3 point penuh atas tamunya, Soton, the new comer, meski seperti Opa Fergie sendiri bilang, nih termasuk salah satu match yg "lucky" buat United, sempet teringgal cepat di menit ke-3 dari tim tamu, dan berhasil membalas 2 gol sebelum jeda, eh memasuki babak kedua penampilan United malah bikin serangan jantung (serang lawan dong), syukur lah tidak ada gol tercipta dan United kembali menjaga jarak point dengan tetangga sebelah yg masih 'setia' membuntuti.

C'mon United, keep focus and fight on every single match !!!!

Sir Alex demands better

Sir Alex Ferguson fears Manchester United will be made to pay for not killing teams off when given the opportunity.

The Reds boss believes his side should have been “four or five goals up” at half-time when Southampton visited Old Trafford on Wednesday night. Instead, he and the United fans in attendance were forced to endure a nervy second period in which the Saints came perilously close to snatching an equaliser.

“It must be hard for our fans,” he admitted. “It’s the sadistic nature of our team.

“It was poor from us, though. We should have been 5-0 up at half-time.

“In my experience, there are always one or two games a season where you say to yourself: ‘We were lucky today.’ I think we were lucky in the second half.”

Following last season’s dramatic conclusion, in which the Reds lost the league to crosstown rivals Manchester City on goal difference, Sir Alex knows all too well the dangers inherent with not pressing advantages home. And he’s determined not to go through a similar experience this time around.

“We didn't enjoy last season. You couldn't enjoy that. A few times this season we’ve been in comfortable positions but haven't dug our nails into [the game].

“It's frustrating because I know we're capable of doing that. It could go to goal difference again and that's an issue.

“At the moment we're only two goals better off than Manchester City but that could be undone in one game. We've had opportunities to be better.”

Nevertheless, despite the manager’s concerns, United go into the weekend’s fixtures holding a seven-point lead at the top of the table. City host Liverpool on Sunday, meaning a Reds win at Craven Cottage on Saturday would, temporarily at least, extend the Reds’ lead into double figures.

“It's very tempting to think about being 10 points clear,” Sir Alex admitted, “but the most important thing is to keep our feet on the ground and try and win our game at Fulham. Then we'll see where that takes us.

“There's a long way to go [this season. Fourteen games. A lot can happen.

“We're not certainties. Nobody's a certainty in this league - they never have been. We were 11 points clear of Arsenal one year and lost the league. We were 12 points behind Newcastle one year and won it. It's an unremitting league. If you make mistakes you get punished.

*“[That’s why] I don't think we can afford to drop any points. When you drop points it only encourages everybody around you.

“I know fine well that points will be dropped, I suppose, by both ourselves and Manchester City. But I hope we don't drop points, particularly in the next few games.”

Default review pencapaian united di januari 2013

sumber : therepublikofmancunia

The Month: De Gea, Giggs, Van Persie and spot-kicks

January 31, 2013

January, you’d be happy to hear, was a good month for Manchester United. And it is, on the simple premise that January will nearly always be more important than September, their best of the season yet. United were able to preserve their seven point lead at the top, beat Liverpool and ensure there were no defeats, with thanks to Robin van Persie and company (haw haw, outsiders can get their one-man team jokes out of the way now).

This monthly review is very simple: it’s a monthly review. Half-hearted, sometimes irreverent, but a monthly review nevertheless. The sub-headings, below, if you’re wondering, are actual January holidays*, though the exact date in which they fall isn’t really relevant.

International Sceptics Day

According to most places on the internet, this day actually falls in October, but can apparently be celebrated in January. Honestly, you’d have to really underestimate people in attempting to limit scepticism to just a single day — even The Happy Wanderers can’t possibly do that. And David de Gea is proof of that.

Now, some De Gea criticism is justified. Of course it is. There are times when he does struggle to impose himself, like against Tottenham Hotspur in the 1-1 draw, where his weak punch eventually led to Clint Dempsey scoring a late equaliser. What wasn’t said, however, was that United’s defence made a series of other mistakes (a list here) in the lead up to that goal, including just general sluggishness that doesn’t go down too well in the 90th minute.

Perceptions were not helped against Southampton in the 2-1 win, either; though how much he was at fault for Southampton’s and Jay Rodriguez’s goal (did anyone else know he was English?) depends on how you think he was supposed to have reacted to Michael Carrick’s dire, and unexpectedly dire, backpass. (Carrick says he takes “the blame for that”, but how boring.)

What the Spaniard needs now is another solid, prolonged period of good form, like he had this time last year, mostly unblemished from February to May. Some forget, but few negative things were said then because he made sure few negative things were said.

Fun at Work Day

Whenever Manchester United win, against whoever, it’s always the man on television with the tragic shirt that appears as if he’s under some sort of obligation to remind the people at home that “this side is beatable.” United have had to deal with that a lot post-Ronaldo, and not for no reason; indeed, they might not be like a lot of Sir Alex Ferguson’s old teams. But not being that side or that one (or that one) doesn’t have to be such a bad thing, not when, right now, they’re better than the current opposition. Were this bunch to take on the double-winning side of 2007/08, which would be awesome, then, yes, feel free to point that out as much as you like.

What this current side can do, just like the others, is win a lot. Oh yes. And as often as they grind out victories, they win convincingly. The very start of the month saw United score four in their annual spanking of Wigan at the DW and, weeks later, they beat Fulham 4-1 in the FA Cup 4th round. Just like the others Fergie sides of past, they win well, too.

Old Rock Day

It must have been a damn shame for Robin van Persie that, having scored such a wonderful goal in the last minute of a cup tie, he would be overshadowed by a geriatric. Ryan Giggs’ lofted ball to set up the goal against West Ham in the 3rd round of the FA Cup was all kinds of stunning; not least because this was yet another invaluable cameo provided by the Welshman who turns 40 next November. In the last few years, Giggs has been good for it, but would typically flounder to get to his moment. This season, he has added a much-needed freshness whenever he has been brought on, or picked to start. That pivotal pass allowed Giggs to continue his good form that he was able to carry from December against the Hammers into the replay; and he stood out in United’s 1-0 win. He starred once again in the same competition against Fulham ten days later.

Coming of Age Day

The Coming of Age day is a Japanese holiday, but that didn’t stop Tom Cleverley from celebrating it.

Humiliation Day

There’s a rumour going around that claims for every missed Wayne Rooney penalty kick, an angry man gets the most cutest bug-eyed kittens he can find, takes them to the dark basement in his house and places half-and-half scarves around their necks. This most recently happened soon after United’s win over West Ham in the cup replay. The news soon reached Old Trafford, and is apparently the reason why Ryan Giggs was given the responsibility against Fulham in the following round even with Rooney on the pitch.

Rooney’s penalty woes seem much more complicated than the argument that he’s a bad taker. When he scores them, he scores some of the best: those powerful and precise ones that don’t even get a consolation touch from the goalkeeper. But it clearly hasn’t happened enough. Rooney, Opta say, has missed ten out of 29 spot-kicks for Manchester United in his career (35%!), so, yes, maybe he isn’t very good. Oh, and that’s ten kittens.

Opposite Day

The game between Manchester United and Liverpool in mid-January was billed as the battle of the league’s best strikers; Robin van Persie and Luis Suarez. The Dutchman would prevail and it seems right in the eyes of those that are partial towards him. He managed five goals in the five that he played across the month, but his ability to do more elsewhere is why he has been endeared to everyone. As he stood over the ball waiting to cross from a free-kick in the game against Southampton, there was a welcoming feel of inevitability about it that’s revolutionised the way United fans also feel about corner-kicks on the right-hand side. Here, Van Persie would swing the ball in and the renascent Evra, leaping like a salmon on a trampoline, was able to nod it across goal for Wayne Rooney to score.

It was Evra and Rooney that would receive the pat on their backsides, as praising Van Persie for anything on a football pitch seems pointless now

The actual game against Liverpool could be filed under fan’s favourite ‘raising their game for the big occasion’. Football is generally unpredictable, and great because of it, but, when you take it broadly, it does tend to follow much of the same patterns. One such pattern is a very familiar one; a team plays well in the first-half, and then the other team plays well in the second. And it can happen in any game, with any team. Some can’t seem to fathom this, and it’s difficult to blame them. United’s near-surrender after half-time against Southampton, as disappointing as it felt, and as cowardly as it seemed, is just the way football works. In the first 45 against Liverpool at Old Trafford, United were dominant and could have had more than their one. They scored another soon after, but it was Liverpool’s half; indeed, Liverpool could have had more than their one. This all made for a great contest; the pattern is important here because it disregards the fact that there is clear gulf between the two clubs (you like your subtle jokes, right?).

We’ve Signed Zaha Day

Yay! A new player!
