Ribery Terbaik di Bundesliga Musim Ini

Berlin - Performa cemerlang Franck Ribery musim ini membawanya jadi Pemain Terbaik Bundesliga. Sayangnya gelar pelatih terbaik tak jatuh ke tangan Jupp Heynckes yang membawa Bayern Munich meraih trebel.

Ribery musim ini jadi alasan mengapa Bayern begitu dominan di kompetisi lokal dengan unggul lebih dari 20 poin di atas Borussia Dortmund ketika mereka jadi juara. Winger asal Prancis itu mencetak 10 gol dan 15 assist dari 27 kali tampil.

Alhasil ia pun memenangi suara terbanyak dari 228 pemain yang merumput di Bundesliga dengan prosentase 29 persen. Ribery mengungguli striker Dortmund Robert Lewandowski (17,3 persen) dan rekan setimnya Bastian Schweinsteiger (12,4 persen).

Manuel Neuer terpilih jadi kiper terbaik musim ini setelah hanya kebobolan 18 gol dari 34 laga yang dilaluinya. Ia mendapat 23,2 persen suara atau unggul 2,6 persen dari Roman Weindenfeller (Borussia Dortmund) di posisi kedua dan Rene Adler (Hamburg SV) di posisi ketiga.

Namun gelar pelatih terbaik tak jadi milik Bayern karena pelatih Freiburg, Christian Streich, yang memenanginya dengan 48,7 persen suara sekaligus mengagalkan misi sapu bersih Die Roten dalam malam penganugerahan itu.

Streich dipilih koleganya karena mampu membawa Freiburg lolos ke Liga Europa usai finis di posisi kelima klasemen dengan materi tim terbatas. Heynckes di posisi kedua dan disusul pelatih Eintracht Frankfurt Armin Veh.

Bayer Leverkusen Join Tottenham In Chase For Highly-Rated Ligue 1 Star

Bundesliga side looking to bring in Montpellier attacker as Schurrle replacement.

Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen are said to be stepping up their interest in Montpellier attacking midfielder Younes Belhanda, CaughtOffside can reveal.

The 23-year-old has emerged as one of the best young talents in France in the last few seasons, playing a crucial part in Montpellier’s surprise title win of 2011/12.


His form has seen him linked with the likes of Arsenal and Tottenham this summer, as he looks almost certain to leave for a bigger club. He has previously admitted to being particularly tempted by moves to either the Premier League or the Bundesliga.

Last month, when asked by French newspaper L’Equipe about his destination next season, he said : “Next season? I don’t know. I have contacts but nothing concrete.

“I want to go to England or Germany. I believe I am made for that football, both physical and technical with a lot of risks.

“My wish is to play in the Champions League next season, but I could sign for a club with big history.”

Arsenal striker and former Montpellier team-mate Olivier Giroud has said he would welcome Belhanda’s arrival at the Emirates Stadium, though it now seems that Leverkusen will attempt to win the race for his signature.

The French international, who scored 12 goals and provided 6 assists this season, is seen by the German club as the ideal replacement for attacking midfielder Andre Schurrle, who is close to agreeing a deal to join Chelsea.

The two clubs have been locked in talks for some time over a deal, with Leverkusen thought to be negotiating for Chelsea youngster Kevin De Bruyne to come in exchange for Schurrle, though new Blues boss Jose Mourinho has expressed a desire to keep the young Belgian in his squad for next season.

This has seen Leverkusen manager Sami Hyypia turn his attention to Belhanda, who could be available for under £10million due to his contract with Montpellier set to expire in a year’s time. His desire to play in Germany as well as Leverkusen being able to offer him Champions League football should give them the edge over Tottenham in securing a deal.

In what could be an ambitious summer transfer window for the third-placed side, they are also reportedly close to bringing in Hamburg youngster Heung-Min Son – another player who has been targeted by Premier League clubs, including Tottenham and Manchester City, as well as Leverkusen’s Bundesliga rivals Borussia Dortmund.

Manager Hyypia should find himself with a good amount of money to spend, as the club look to profit from the sale of Spanish right-back Daniel Carvajal to Real Madrid, and Schurrle to Chelsea when that deal is finalised, leaving them to pursue surprisingly big names in Son and Belhanda.

Hannover sign midfielder Leonardo Bittencourt from Borussia Dortmund



The 19-year-old Germany Under-20 international spent just a single season with Dortmund, scoring once in five appearances following a move from Energie Cottbus.

Bittencourt has now been given a chance to establish himself as a regular by Hannover, who are happy to have the teenager on board.

"I am very pleased with the agreement. Leonardo wants to improve his skills in the Bundesliga and we gain a fast and strong attacking player," coach Mirko Slomka told the club's official website.

Bittencourt, who holds both a German and Brazilian passport, added: "I am a passionate footballer and my greatest wish is to show what I can do.

"I have a very good feeling Hannover is the right place for me."

First two Bundesliga 2 Matchdays finalised

Frankfurt - The DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga GmbH has finalised the schedule for the opening two Bundesliga 2 matchdays of 2013/14.

Matchday 1 will get underway on 19 July with SV Sandhausen taking on VfR Aalen and FC Ingolstadt playing host to FC Erzgebirge Aue. The first Monday evening game of the campaign will see freshly-relegated Fortuna Düsseldorf take on FC Energie Cottbus.

Rhineland derby on Matchday 2

The following Sunday, Düsseldorf make the short trip to Rhineland rivals 1. FC Köln for what promises to be a hotly-contested local derby. The Friday Matchday 2 openers meanwhile include a first home game of the season for 1. FC Kaiserslautern, who entertain FC Ingolstadt at the Betzenberg.

With the second-flight action commencing three weeks before the start of the Bundesliga, there will be a few deviations from the normal matchday programme. One Friday game on each of the first two matchdays will kick off at 20:30 CEST, and one at 15:30 on both Saturday and Sunday. From Matchday 3 onwards, the standard schedule will apply, i.e. three Friday games starting at 18:30 CEST, two on Saturday at 13:00, three on Sunday, at 13:30, and the traditional one-game Monday evening finale, kicking off at 20:15.

Bayern mock Dortmund video ahead of grudge match as Neuer catches Ribery's volley on a moving bus

Champions League holders Bayern Munich have stoked the fire ahead of Europe's most eagerly anticipated game of the weekend.

The German treble winners travel to play rivals Borussia Dortmund on Saturday. The pair have won two titles each in the last four seasons and contested last season's Champions League final.

Bayern won that night at Wembley and they have tried to out-do Dortmund once more by recreating a video that went viral two years ago.

Dortmund famously released footage of their goalkeeper Roman Weidenfeller catching a ball standing in the stairwell of the club's team bus as it hurtled along the autobahn.

The ball was volleyed against a bridge and into Weidenfeller's arms by midfielder Nuri Sahin as he stood by the open front door of the bus.

Not to be upstaged, Bayern have released a video this week in the build-up to the match of star man Franck Ribery and goalkeeper Manuel Neuer repeating the trick.

Bayern players can be seen watching Dortmund's 2011 video at the start of theirs.

It was all in good humour though. The serious stuff starts on Saturday.

Cameraman hospitalised after being knocked unconscious by Hoffenheim captain Andreas Beck

One Bundesliga cameraman got a little too close to the action – and ended up unconscious and in hospital as a result.

Hoffenheim captain Andreas Beck hurtled towards the touchline in a bid to keep the ball in play during his side’s home match with Mainz 05.

He succeeded in doing so but then saw his momentum carry him over the advertising hoardings and crashing into the unsuspecting cameraman, knocking him out cold.

The stricken SKY operator was treated by paramedics inside the stadium before being taken to hospital suffering from concussion.

Hoffenheim press officer Holger Tromp later said: ‘He is doing well under the circumstances. He is responsive and has been given a neurological check in hospital.’

The hosts were beaten 4-2 with Beck dusting himself off to complete 87 minutes of the game.

Sportif! Tak Merasa Dilanggar, Kapten Werder Tolak Hadiah Penalti

Bola.net - Sebuah contoh sportivitas yang elegan ditunjukkan oleh kapten Werder Bremen, Aaron Hunt saat membela klubnya dalam laga kontra Nuermberg akhir pekan lalu (09/03). Pemain berusia 27 tahun ini dengan tegas menolak hukuman penalti yang diberikan oleh wasit!

Kejadian tersebut terjadi di menit ke 75, saat Hunt yang tengah berlari kencang sekilas terlihat dijatuhkan di dalam kotak penalti lawan. Wasit Manuel Grafe lantas menunjuk titik putih.



Namun sebelum pemain Nuermberg sempat melakukan protes, Hunt terlebih dahulu mendekati wasit dan menyatakan bahwa ia jatuh bukan karena dilanggar. Wasit Grafe lantas membatalkan hukuman penalti tersebut setelah mendengar pengakuan sang gelandang serang. Laga itu sendiri berkesudahan 2-0 untuk kemenangan Werder.

Keren! Gol Dari Jarak 82 Meter ini Pecahkan Rekor Bundesliga

Pemain SC Paderborn 07, Moritz Stoppelkamp berhasil memecahkan rekor gol dari jarak terjauh di Bundesliga.

Gol tersebut tercipta pada akhir pekan lalu saat SC Paderborn 07 bertemu dengan Hannover 96. Tim Hannover yang ketinggalan satu gol berusaha habis-habisan untuk dapat menyamakan kedudukan. Jelang akhir pertandingan Hannover pun mendapatkan sepak pojok yang tampaknya akan menjadi peluang terakhir mereka untuk mencetak gol penyeimbang, kiper mereka pun ikut maju ke kotak penalti.

Namun tampaknya keberuntungan belum menaungi klub Hannover 96. Sepak pojok tersebut gagal berbuah gol dan bola kemelut malah jatuh ke kaki Moritz Stoppelkamp yang langsung melepaskan sebuah tendangan volley luar biasa dari jarak 82 meter.

Bola pun meluncur deras ke gawang Hannover 96 yang sudah kosong ditinggal sang kiper!
