IMO... pemain United "mentalnya busuk" kali ini...
contoh paling gampang aja... Rio, saat DM masih jadi manager dia tdk pernah berani ngetwit kalo' dia bakalan stay... "cuman sebatas hope".. itupun di media... sekarang dia sudah koar-koar bakalan stay di United.

kalo' saya pribadi jangan sampai United terpeleset ke Players > Club.

Klo di RoM sih istilahnya Player Power...

Blame Manchester United players not David Moyes for this disaster, says Patrice Evra

Patrice Evra believes this season's Premier League title run-in has only been a three-horse race because Manchester United are not involved. The 32-year-old also blames on-pitch performances rather than the sacked David Moyes for a "disaster" of a campaign, and says the club maybe did not realise how difficult it would be without Sir Alex Ferguson.

"Big frustration," Evra said after the 1-0 home defeat to Sunderland. "I think that is why the league this year is between many teams because Manchester United are not in the running. It is normally between us and [Manchester] City.

"This year we have been really poor. We deserve all the criticism. We didn't play well enough. We lose some stupid games and that is why we are in this position. I really think it's an accident.

"You always feel responsible even when David Moyes was in charge. When I spoke with him I put the players before everything because we are on the pitch.

"I never point at anyone else. If I have to say something to David Moyes I will say it to him and not in the paper. I am not that kind of man. I never hide behind something because I have so much respect for the club. This year, everyone failed."

Asked whether Ferguson's retirement had had a bigger impact than anticipated, Evra said "a lot of people know" that.

"He is a legend. You cannot replace him so quickly. We knew it would be difficult but not this difficult. We can do much better than what we have done – maybe not win the league but at least qualify for the Champions League with the players we have got. It's not about the manager... you should be there and it's a disaster this year, a season to forget."

As regards his own uncertain future, Evra insisted that he had not yet made any decision. "My agent will have a meeting with [the club] and we will see. It will be easy for me. That is my point of view. I just want to wait until the end of the season to decide what to do."

On whether he had been offered a new deal yet, Evra simply said: "Ask Manchester United, not me. Everyone knows how much I love this club. It's difficult. The reason is an important reason. And you will see."

Menghancurkan sesuatu yang sudah bagus itu hanya butuh sedetik, tapi mengembalikannya jadi bagus lagi ya perlu waktu toh.

Ada yang bilang skuad ini skuad juara. Mental emang pernah drop tapi seharusnya mulai naik semenjak tuh orang diusir. Taktik juga udah kembali lagi ke taktik awal. Jadi???

Giggs — for all his understandable denials — is known to have disagreed with Moyes’s tactics. On more than one occasion, he tried to persuade Sir Alex Ferguson’s successor to change his outlook.

The style the 40-year-old will attempt to impose on Saturday at Old Trafford will owe much more to Ferguson — and indeed his first youth coach Eric Harrison — than it will the man who drove out through Carrington’s rear entrance after his dismissal.

Giggs has told central midfielders including Tom Cleverley that they are not to sit alongside holding player Michael Carrick any more but to move into advanced positions and hurt the opposition when United have the ball.

Cleverley, who has struggled more than most this season, is expected to start against Norwich, as is another academy product, Danny Welbeck, and Adnan Januzaj. Not surprisingly, Giggs will jettison Marouane Fellaini and, more controversially, is giving thought to leaving out Juan Mata.

If United start without almost £60m of Moyes signings then it will represent a staggering indictment of the mistakes of the past eight months. Fellaini has been so poor that Moyes himself had started to drop him while Mata’s form has been lamentable since United signed him in January.

Respected figures in the game have been critical of Mata’s inability to influence games going against United since he moved from Chelsea and there is no way Giggs will select players he believes don’t have the courage to receive possession in difficult areas.

Gak semua komentar b*doh harus ditanggapi kan yah? Buat yang selalu bicara biang kerok kekalahan sebuah tim karena salah manager gak cocok suka olahraga macam sepakbola, sukai aja cabang olahraga balet.

4-4-1-1 / 4-4-2 klasik emang nuntut pergerakan banyak dari winger kan? sayangnya dari stok winger yang ada terlalu labil + terlalu muda (Januzaj).
