Re: All about World Cup 2010
I dread Group of Death
-thesun.co.uk- FRANK LAMPARD has revealed his biggest World Cup fear - being drawn in a Group of Death. Chelsea's England star admits he will be very nervous watching tonight's Cape Town draw as the Three Lions discover who they will face in the group stages in South Africa next summer. England are one of eight seeds but could be drawn against the likes of France, Ivory Coast and Portugal. Lampard said: "There's normally one Group of Death at every World Cup draw and I bet this one will be no different. "So while it's great to be seeded we could still draw Ivory Coast and then Portugal or France. "That would be a Group of Death for sure. That would focus the mind all right." Neither France nor Portugal are seeded so England could draw either of them, although not both. So Lamps is hoping to avoid the Hand of Frog Thierry Henry and wing king Cristiano Ronaldo. He also wants to avoid Ivory Coast and Ghana, who have Blues team-mates Didier Drogba and Michael Essien respectively. Lamps added: "All the England players' minds will be concentrated on the draw. "There'll be the excitement of knowing who you will be facing and, hopefully, the relief of having avoided all the dangerous sides and dark horses." |

ELLIS PARK STADIUM - Johannesburg Capacity for World Cup: 62,000 Key fixtures: June 28 - Last 16 July 3 - Quarter-final (seven in total) First built in 1928 as a rugby union stadium, and then demolished and rebuilt in 1982, it hosted the Rugby World Cup final in 1995, which South Africa won. Re: All about World Cup 2010
Partai seru bakal tersaji di group G, karena mungkin bisa dianggap grup neraka. Macan Asia baru, Korea Utara dihimpit tiga kekuatan tangguh dari 3 benua, Brazil, Portugal dan Pantai Gading. Seru menyaksikan Brazil versus European Brazil, Kaka vs Ronaldo... Sisanya, tim unggulan rasanya ga akan sulit melewati fase group. sisanya grup pembagiannya cukup merata kekuatan setiap tim nya seperti grup A.
Tuan RUmah Afrika Selatan bakal menjalani partai pembuka dengan Meksiko... |
