Re: [EPL] Manchester United vs Queens Park Rangers
23/11/2012 11:27 - ManUtd.com, James Tuck
Preview: United v QPR Form guide: Manchester United have slipped to second in the Barclays Premier League table, a point behind leaders Manchester City, after a disappointing 1-0 reverse at Norwich City last weekend. That ended a run of five straight wins and was followed by a defeat by the same scoreline for a much-changed side in the Champions League at Galatasaray on Tuesday. Winless QPR are holding up the rest of the league, having picked up just four points all season, though some observers believe they have not achieved the results their performances have merited so far. Ins and outs: Wayne Rooney and Chris Smalling will return from illness and injury for the Reds, but Jonny Evans (groin) is doubtful and Nani (hamstring) is out. Stephane Mbia will return for the visitors following a three-match ban, but ex-Red Ji-sung Park and Bobby Zamora are sidelined, while on-loan Fabio is ineligible. Opposition boss: The pressure on Mark Hughes told on Friday morning when he lost his job after his side’s dismal start to the season. “Mark has shown integrity and professionalism throughout his time here, but ultimately the circumstances we find ourselves in have left the Board of Directors with very little choice but to make a change,” read a Rangers statement. Mark Bowen and Eddie Niedzwiecki will take charge of Saturday’s game. Last meeting: QPR were up against it at OT in April after Shaun Derry was controversially sent off early on for bringing down Ashley Young in the box. Wayne Rooney converted the resultant penalty and United laid siege to Rangers’ goal thereafter, but only made the game safe 20 minutes from time through Scholes’ long-ranger. Did you know? United faced QPR in Sir Alex Ferguson’s first home game in charge, on 22 November 1986, winning 1-0 through John Sivebaek’s goal. Star man: QPR have spent big over the last couple of seasons on numerous proven top-flight players, which makes their current plight all the more puzzling. Ex-Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse remains capable of upsetting any team with his pace and directness, while talented youngster David Hoilett has impressed since moving from Blackburn. Quote/unquote: "It’s probably a lesson to everyone that changing a team and bringing 11 new players in to the league is not easy. But I am surprised they’ve only got four points.” – Sir Alex Ferguson Whistle blower: Gloucestershire official Lee Probert takes charge of his first United game of the season, though he presided over the Rs’ 5-0 home defeat to Swansea on the opening day. His last Reds game was the 2-0 home win over West Brom in March. Rivals watch: Arsenal visit Aston Villa in Saturday’s evening kick-off, but the biggest game of the weekend is third-placed Chelsea’s encounter with Man City on Sunday (16:00 GMT). |

Rooney back for Reds Wayne Rooney and Chris Smalling should be available for United's clash with*managerless QPR on Saturday. Rooney has been absent for the past two games while Smalling missed the defeat against Galatasaray with a shoulder problem. Jonny Evans is still rated doubtful for the match against the struggling Londoners. "Wayne Rooney is fit," said the boss. "He had tonsillitis*but*has been training all week, which is good. Jonny Evans will hopefully train today but I don't know if he will be available for tomorrow. Chris Smalling had a small shoulder injury on Tuesday night. "I wanted to play Phil Jones anyway - at least the two of them are back because I thought Jones did very well in his first game back, which is really good news. Nani is not available yet, he's not fit yet. He's still got*a little problem with his hamstring." Sir Alex is focused on getting back to winning ways against the capital club, who are currently bottom of the table and surprisingly dispensed of Mark Hughes' services on Friday morning. "Hopefully, we can get back on track tomorrow after the disappointment of last week," he stated. "If you analyse things a little bit more closely, it’s probably a lesson to everyone that changing a team and bringing*11 new players in to the [Barclays] Premier League is not easy. But I am surprised they’ve only got four points. I didn’t expect them to immediately set a blazing trail or be up at the top of the league or anything like that with*11 new players to bed in. But they’ve only four points and of course that creates its own headlines." Sir Alex was asked to comment on reports that the Old Trafford encounter could be Hughes' final fixture before the surprise announcement that the Welshman would not be returning to his old stamping ground. "I don’t know where that’s come from," he replied.*"I’m not privy to that. But realistically if you don’t fancy a manager why wait until next week? I think Tony*Fernandez*has come out and said he supports Mark and that he wants long-term management." Mark Bowen and Eddie Niedzwiecki will take temporary charge of team affairs for the trip to Manchester. |

Efek Hughes diganti tim bisa makin limbung tapi bisa juga jadi senjata coz Fergie nggak bisa nebak2 gimana gaya caretaker-nya. Moga bisa menang dan clean sheet.

Re: [EPL] Manchester United vs Queens Park Rangers
berharap Wellbeck turun menjadi pelengkap trio dgn RvP-Roo
Young kurang maksimal di sayap kiri, malah umpan2nya lebih bahaya pas dipasang di kanan kemarin, cuma ada Valencia disitu, coba Valencia juga diajar main di kiri ya, semoga menang, semoga cleansheet
