Default Re: [EPL] Everton vs Man Utd

Phil sama Cahill cidera ?

Ferguson Depak 4 Pemain usai 0161 6-1

Dalam laporan eksklusifnya, Mirrorfootball menulis judul 'EXCLUSIVE: Fergie to drop four after 0161 6-1'.

Default Re: [EPL] Everton vs Man Utd

GGMU..

numpang naro formasi versi ane,,

mau ga mau united bakal nyerang, mengingat ketinggalan 5 poin ama si tetangga berisik ,,

yakin ajah 3 poin ditangan walau inget2 match lawan everton selalu nyusahin,,

What are your thoughts on Saturday’s game? What team is Moyes likely to select and what formation will he adopt? What weaknesses in United’s team will Moyes look to exploit?

Quote:
Quite frankly, im terrified. Weve not exactly been playing the most attractive attacking football recently (though it seems that tonight against Chelsea that might have changed) and youre going to be looking for blood following the derby result. I would imagine Neville will start again and he will help implement Moyes' defensive park-the-bus mentality on the pitch. As for your weaknesses, it all depends on our mentality. If we go at you, like we should, Id think your 2 centre backs might get a tough time but only if we get that far up the pitch!
Quote:
If United provide us with the 'assumed' backlash after last week then we could be in for a torrid afternoon, however if we start well and take an early lead, anxiety may spread through your ranks. This means Moyes must start positively and exploit this and your far from strong defending at present. I don't think your defensive midfielders have been shielding your defence well so far this season. Having said that Moyes will start with one up front and hand the initiative to Man Utd. If Rooney is playing a little deeper don't be surprised to see Rodwell in close proximity and Drenthes fresh of breath air pace (if he isn't banned) may cause problems. Optimistically 2-1 for us, realistically 1-1.
Quote:
Very Worried, I get the feeling we will pay the price for Uniteds derby defeat last weekend. The optimist in me says if we get at United and try and exploit there "soft core" as the media are calling it we can come away with something, but the realist in me knows a wounded Man United is a dangerous animal. We will likely go with a 4-5-1 as this is what we do in every game, my worry is that we overload the midfield with defensive players and employ the park-the-bus mentality inviting pressure on ourselves.
Quote:
Im worried to be honest, after the City game I really think your lot will want to hurt someone, and hurt them bad! We could be in for a real hiding. I think Moyes will play a 4-5-1 or a 4-6-0 depending on the fitness of Cahill and Saha. The only weakness I see in Uniteds team is that you take a lot of shots against you this season, most of them from distance, but we never shoot from distance (it seems Drenthe does but that might change soon enough) I wouldnt be so worried if I was a United fan.
Quote:
Despite some decent efforts against you in the last couple of seasons I fear the worst, would have loved to have been a fly on the wall in your dressing room after last weeks game (although I may well have been hit by a flying object!) You need no better incentive than that to turn in a performance and going on most of our recent performances you will be able to capitalise.
We are likely to go 4-5-1 or possibly (if Moyes is feeling adventurous) 4-4-1-1. We need to really have a go at you and put pressure on your defence to stand a chance but I just can't see it happening.
Quote:
It's clearly a tough game "back lash from previous game" isn't something i'm too concerned about, they're a good side and shouldn't need to lose 6-1 in order to spank a team the next week.

We will play a 4-4-1-1, though i'm not sure who is fit after the Chelsea game, Saha and Cahill both picked up knocks, losing Saha would be disappointing as he seems to be actually looking fit and up for it on the pitch now. Cahill being out wouldn't bother many, he's been pretty ineffectial of late and while most opposition fans mention him as a player they'd fear he hasn't scored in 2011 and doesn't really look like scoring either.

Your defence seems to have been a bit of a weakness, despite having some quality players in there you've given away more shots than anyone else this season and I don't think that's just down to De Geye's tag of "struggling with long shots". This could well also be down to the lack of a real quality player in the middle at times to replace Scholes. If not suspended we need Drenthe to use his pace on the counter attack and maybe Coleman as well.

I agree with The Beard that Rodwell maybe closely watching Rooney if not actually man marking him like he did Silva.

Everton v United
ManUtd.com

The trip to Goodison gives United opportunity to get back on track...

Form Guide
United's 3-0 win at Aldershot in the Carling Cup may have helped ease some of the pain from the heavy loss to City but there's little doubt the Barclays Premier League trip to Goodison will ask*more taxing questions of the Reds. Although unbeaten away from home this term, the last two league outings have ended in draws and the pressure is on to get back to winning ways. Everton haven't lost at home to United since 2007 and are always respected, resolute opponents. David Moyes' team lost to Chelsea*on Wednesday after extra-time and have been beaten in four of their last*five matches in all competitions.

Ins and Outs
Tom Cleverley and Nemanja Vidic proved their fitness on Tuesday after missing the derby and both will be in contention for places. The newspapers claim Sir Alex could make changes in defence while Dimitar Berbatov and Michael Owen pressed their claims up front with impressive displays at the EBB Stadium. Jonny Evans returns from suspension. The Merseysiders are without Royston Drenthe, who is banned, with Tim Cahill and Phil Neville rated as injury doubts by Moyes. Young striker Victor Anichebe is still sidelined with a groin problem.

Last Meeting
United were made to fight all the way before Javier Hernandez's header settled a tense affair at Old Trafford last April to keep Sir Alex's side on course for the title. In the last game at Goodison, the Reds inexplicably threw away a 3-1 lead in injury time with goals from Tim Cahill and Mikel Arteta ruining what had been a fabulous display on the road.

Top Man
Phil Jagielka is a defensive rock for the Toffees and he was outstanding alongside Sylvain Distin in the match in Manchester last season. Reliable and commanding, he was kept out of Arsenal's clutches in the summer which was a massive boost for the club. Hopefully, United will keep him on his toes on Saturday but he rarely has a bad game.

Quote/unquote
"It's maybe a bad time to play United. I know the manager and he will surely push them to do well and ask a lot of them. And so will the fans. When you are losing that many goals against your rival, it is not good." - Louis Saha.

Any sub-plots?
Three former Reds are in the Everton squad - Tim Howard, Neville and Saha. Howard didn't endear himself to the Old Trafford faithful last term with his timewasting antics and will be just as determined to keep United at bay this time around. Nemanja Vidic scored in the champions' last win at Goodison and also hit the net there last year as well.

Whistle Blower
Mark Halsey is in charge and he hasn't officiated a United game since May, 2009 when Middlesbrough were beaten 2-0. The one before was on 31 January - ironically against the Toffees, with Cristiano Ronaldo scoring the only goal from the penalty spot.

Rivals Watch
City will be hoping to pounce on any dropped points when meeting Wolves, a team they thumped 5-2 at Molineux in midweek,*on Saturday afternoon. Chelsea and Arsenal kick off at 12.45pm while Liverpool are at West Brom in the teatime encounter.

Sebagian besar nganggep pertandingan ini sbg ajang PEMBALASAN atas kekalahan lawan city kmrn, melebihi concern mereka dgn kesiapan skuad everton. Tapi jelas, sama seperti waktu everton lawan city dimana rodwell nempel superketat si silva, disini rodwell bakal dapet bagian jaga si rooney.

Haha, emang sih, tapi beberapa kali musim lalu Everton main tanpa striker murni sama sekali, masang Cahill jadi striker. Mungkin itu kali yang mereka maksud sebagai 4-6-0. Kalau Everton nurunin formasi bertahan dengan memasang Rodwell+Neville+Fellaini jadi gelandangnya pemain kita harus pinter cari cara buat nembus pertahanannya tuh.

memang dlm laga itu lini tengah yg paling menjadi sorotan, terutama anderson yg gagal mejalankan tugasnya dengan baik. dan sering melakukan kesalahan2 yg paling mendasar, dengan salah2 umpan... sementara lini belakang, menjadi kurang terkoordinir dengan baik saat mereka bernafsu untuk mengejar ketertinggalan... mreka berharap kejadian community shield bakal terulang lagi, tp trnyata malah kebobolan lah yg mreka dptkan... malah jd tambah parah..

Yup... tul kata taz_devil_utd, beberapa kali Everton maen pake formasi 4-6-0 dengan maenkan Cahill jadi penyerang meski aslinya AM. Maksimal mereka pake formasi 4-4-1-1 atau mungkin 4-5-1.

Moga keinginan balas dendam setelah dilumat city nggak malah bikin blunder. Kekalahan dari city udah lewat. Sebaiknya menyikapi tiap pertandingan seperti biasa aja. Klo terlalu emosi bisa2 malah blunder.

Sering blunder.
