Will Keane bikin gol lagi. Gol keempat dari 3 pertandingan. Pelampiasan setelah 1 tahun absen karena cedera. Moga potensi dia saat ini masih seperti pujian yang diberikan Fergie dulu.

Januzaj kenapa maen nggak pernah full ya? Musti diganti sebelum usai pertandingan. Stamina nggak kuat atau siap2 buat UCL?

A strong United Reserves line-up cruised into the Manchester Senior Cup final with a 4-0 victory at Bolton Wanderers.

Will Keane, with his fourth goal in three games since returning from injury, got the ball rolling early on and two goals inside a couple of second-half minutes by the lively Adnan Januzaj and Wilfried Zaha, plus a late fourth by Larnell Cole, were the least the holders deserved for a dominant display. Only Jay Lynch prevented an avalanche of goals in the first half as the former Reds trainee made a string of saves to keep his side in the game.

When Will Keane sharply controlled and finished a Guillermo Varela cross inside two minutes, the writing looked on the wall for Wanderers but a combination of poor crossing and inspired goalkeeping ensured the scoreline remained 1-0 until the break.

Januzaj had a couple of wayward attempts and forced Lynch into a save from a free-kick before Zaha enjoyed a real purple patch. The ex-Crystal Palace winger twisted and turned his way into the box only to scoop off target and then set up Cole for a deflected drive that flew inches wide.

The bar came to Bolton's rescue when Zaha embarked on a terrific solo run and blasted in a left-footed shot as the hosts were pinned back throughout. The pick of Lynch's first-half saves saw him dive to parry away a Cole effort and he made further stops from Januzaj (twice) and Will Keane to frustrate the Reds' tidal wave ofattacks.

The second half saw more of the same, constant United pressure, and the woodwork was rattled again when Tom Thorpe dived to meet a Januzaj cross. The teenager, a substitute for the first team on Saturday, added a second with a splendid strike by collecting a Cole pass, cutting inside onto his left foot and rocketing a shot into the top corner.

Two minutes later, Januzaj turned provider as his corner found Zaha in far too much space inside the box and the England international took a couple of touches before drilling a low shot past Lynch. Januzaj had another couple of efforts before being replaced on the hour mark and the chances dried up for a spell.

Cole tested Lynch again with a decent shot but the keeper had no chance when Tom Lawrence's tackle allowed the midfielder to drive through the defence and bury a sweet finish to add a late fourth.

The first away game at this level will enable the teenagers to pit their wits against their Ukrainian counterparts and, following the pulsating 4-3 triumph over the Germans, entertainment looks guaranteed in the live MUTV encounter.*

Speedy striker James Wilson netted twice at the AJ Bell Stadium and is an obvious danger-man while the other scorers against Leverkusen, Andreas Pereira and Ben Pearson, will aim to enhance their reputations on foreign soil after making the trip with Pearson overcoming the ankle injury he sustained last time out.*

“It’s a case of going into the unknown a little bit,” conceded Reserves coach Warren Joyce. “We don’t know what we’ll be getting out there. Certainly, they’re excited about it and have prepared well for this tournament. They are looking forward to it and certainly we’ve got to fancy our chances.”

Setelah saling menyerang hingga peluit akhir babak kedua dibunyikan, skor akhirnya masih tetap kosong-kosong. United diselamatkan oleh aksi Ben Amos yg melakukan beberapa penyelamatan. Barisan pertahanan United juga berulang kali mendapatkan serangan di setengah babak ke dua. Barisan pertahanan, harus susah payah menjaga kotak penalti dari kecaman pemain Everton. Selebihnya, tiang gawang turut andil berperan membantu United

Permainan yg impressive ditunjukkan oleh Varela, lagi-lagi sering membantu penyerangan. Permainan Ando juga mampu memberikan lini tengah keseimbangan sebelum akhirnya digantikan oleh Blackett

Manchester United claimed a point from a 0-0
draw at Everton in a return to Barclays Under-21
Premier League action.

The Toffees twice hit the woodwork in a second half they
clearly shaded after United had been on top for the opening
45 minutes. With Anderson and Fabio in the starting line-up,
there were a number of positives to take from the game
despite a rare blank for Warren Joyce's team.

Even though there was a lack of goals, the first half was an
absorbing affair with the Reds largely in control. Fabio was a
constant menace down the left and Mason Stringthorpe
was the busier of the two keepers as he made saves from
headers by the Keane twins during the opening stages.

Ben Amos also had to be on his guard to deal with a Hallam
Hope snap-shot and a Tony Hibbert effort following a
corner. Yet United continued to use Fabio as an outlet and he
created a chance that was steered wide by Tom Lawrence
and then teed up Anderson for a shot that cannoned off
Hibbert's back.

Will Keane could only drag wide with his left foot after
Lawrence flicked a Larnell Cole pass into his path and the
champions continued to press. After Cole flashed wide,
Lawrence was presented with a gift by Stringthorpe but
could only find the side-netting as the young keeper rushed
from his goal in a desperate bid to atone for the error.
Stringthorpe did redeem himself with a superb save to deny
Will Keane on the turn after more approach work by Fabio
and the Brazilian then insisted on taking a free-kick, only to
fire it well off target. Although Amos had to be alert to
thwart Hope with a fine reflex save, United went back up
the other end and Cole stung the palms of Stringthorpe with
Fabio yet again supplying the pass.

The visitors were a little slower off the mark in the second
half but Reece James stole possession from Ben McLoughlin
to force a diving stop out of Stringthorpe and Tyias
Browning's risky lunging
tackle on Will Keane, as he charged onto a Guillermo Varela through ball, paid off.

Anderson was withdrawn just past the hour and Everton were certainly enjoying more of the game with Fabio's attacking threat largely contained. Chris Long and Joe Williams looped volleys wide and Hope capitalised on a slip by Varela to meet a Long pass with a goal seeming certain until Amos superbly diverted the shot onto the left-hand post.

It was a vital save and provided a springboard for some overdue United attacks as Will Keane tested Stringthorpe again following a Lawrence run before the Welshman was replaced by James Weir. The woodwork came to the rescue again when Long robbed Michael Keane and belted a low drive beyond Amos' drive as the outcome remained in the balance entering the final 10 minutes.

There was to be no late drama with both sides looking a little tired as the score remained deadlocked at 0-0 on a wet night in Merseyside.

Yg ane bold emang sangat terbuktikan dan tak terbantahkan di pertandingan kemarin. Mungkin WJ juga sedang memutar otak bagaimana mengakali ini.

Kalau dibandingkan dengan Anderson yg kemarin mencoba menjadi Januzaj, sangat beda jauh. Meskipun, pada pertandingan di babak pertama dan awal babak kedua, peran Anderson penting untuk menjaga lini tengah.

Kemarin ketar-ketir setelah Anderson diganti Blackett, tengahnya makjleb ilang, aliran ke depan hanya melalui Fabio dan Varela..

Sebenarnya United punya berulang kali peluang, namun shoot on target cuman dikit, tauk kenapa Keane ama Lawrence sering buang-buang peluang

Under-21 clash switched

Manchester United's Barclays Under-21 Premier League encounter with Stoke City has been brought forward to 1pm GMT on Friday.

The clash is no longer live on MUTV and will be played behind closed doors at the Aon Training Complex rather than at Altrincham's Moss Lane.

Warren Joyce's side require three points to begin a push up the table after consecutive draws with Everton and Fulham, even though both were decent results in the context of the games.

Sam Johnstone returned from a finger injury to feature against the Cottagers after Ben Amos had starred in the Goodison Park stalemate. There is a vacancy at left-back after Tyler Blackett joined Blackpool on loan while Darren Fletcher could continue his comeback after getting 67 minutes under his belt last time out.
