kebiasaan merokoknya menjadi salah penyebab tidak langsung dia dipecat karena pemain tidak suka bau asap rokok diruang ganti, selain itu strateginya yg kurang disukai juga para pemain. pas scudetto dah unggul jauh, musim dah kelar malah cuma selisih 1 poin. untung sebelum dipecat di CVnya tercatat 1 trophy Seri A, karena model Sarri ini sudah mo latih klub papan atas (baca : klub calon/langganan juara)

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now LEADS the Premier League sack race as odds shorten on Man United boss being axed after embarrassing loss to Istanbul Basaksehir... with Mauricio Pochettino the favourite to take over

* Ole Gunnar Solskjaer considered top-flight manager most likely to be sacked
* Manchester United boss has moved ahead of Slaven Bilic and Scott Parker
* Bookmakers shortened odds after losses to Arsenal and Istanbul Basaksehir
* Ex-Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino is clear favourite to be next manager
* Solskjaer declined to comment on his future following defeat in Istanbul

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is now favourite in the Premier League sack race after Manchester United's embarrassing defeat by Istanbul Basaksehir.

The under-pressure boss has moved ahead of West Brom's Slaven Bilic and Fulham's Scott Parker as the most likely top-flight manager to be sacked next.

It comes after Sunday's 1-0 defeat by Arsenal in the Premier League and then Wednesday night's unexpected reverse in Turkey.

Betfair and Paddy Power make Solskjaer 6/5 to be the next manager sacked, while he is priced 8/13 with bet365 and 4/5 with BetVictor, according to Oddschecker on Thursday morning.

Meanwhile, odds are shortening on Mauricio Pochettino being the man to replace him. The former Tottenham boss is 1/3 with bet365 to be the next man in charge at Old Trafford.

Solskjaer finds himself under huge pressure ahead of United's visit to Everton on Saturday lunchtime, especially with the two-week international break, a favourite time for managerial changes, looming.

Though United remain top of Champions League Group H following their wins over Paris Saint-Germain and RB Leipzig last month, they are a lowly 15th in the Premier League standings with just two wins from six games.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer now leads the Premier League sack race following Manchester United's defeats by Arsenal and Istanbul Basaksehir this week. Mauricio Pochettino is the clear favourite to replace Solskjaer as United's manager

Solskjaer has just chalked up his 100th match as United manager, having been initially appointed on an interim basis in December 2018 following the departure of Jose Mourinho.

He was given the job permanently in March 2019 following a run of positive results and a famous 3-1 win away to PSG in the Champions League last-16.

Solskjaer guided United to a third-placed finish and a return to Champions League football last season but they lost in the semi-finals of the FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Europa League.

And following a short pre-season, the current campaign has started badly with the low point being a 6-1 thrashing by Tottenham at Old Trafford.

Solskjaer dismissed speculation over his future in the wake of the defeat in Istanbul, which saw some horrendous defending for Basaksehir's first goal.

'I decline to comment on such a thing,' said Solskjaer.

'Of course it's early on and opinions are out there all the time and you've got to stay strong.

'I'm employed by the club to do a job and I do that to the best of my ability with our staff.'

Pochettino has been on United's managerial shortlists in the past and made it clear during an appearance on Sky's Monday Night Football this week that he is ready for a new challenge.

Slaven Bilic could become first Premier League manager SACKED this season if West Brom lose against Newcastle, with Baggies chiefs already looking at alternatives to the Croatian manager

* Slaven Bilic's West Brom side are second from bottom in the Premier League
* The Croatian nearly left at the start of the season after clashes with the board
* But defeat at Newcastle on Saturday would leave his position at serious risk

Slaven Bilic is facing a fresh fight to keep his job as West Bromwich Albion boss ahead of Saturday’s pivotal clash against Newcastle.

The Baggies are currently 19th in the Premier League, winning just one of their 11 games since returning to the top-flight.

And Bilic’s role as head coach is understood to be growing increasingly uncertain as he prepares his team for Saturday’s crucial visit to St James’ Park, which will be key towards whether the Croatian keeps his job.

West Bromwich Albion manager Slaven Bilic is under pressure heading into clash at Newcastle

Sources claim defeat against Steve Bruce’s side this weekend will leave Bilic at serious risk of the axe ahead of the crucial festive calendar.

Sportsmail understands the WBA hierarchy have already started the process of identifying replacements for Bilic in the event of calling time on his tenure

The uncertainty over his future comes amid internal disagreements over the club’s recruitment policy, tensions that stem from the summer transfer window and almost led to Bilic leaving before the season had even started.

Bilic and the club’s recruitment staff have not always seen eye-to-eye over transfers, while the former West Ham manager is known to have been frustrated by the funds made available to him.

The club’s interest in Watford striker Troy Deeney over the summer was a particular bone of contention.

Nine players were signed but three others identified by Bilic – Ollie Watkins, Eberechi Eze and Antonee Robinson – moved elsewhere.

Following a 5-1 drubbing at home to Crystal Palace, the Baggies are 19th in the league table. Bilic was unhappy that summer transfer targets like Ollie Watkins moved elsewhere

Meanwhile some of the Croatian’s public comments, particularly about the departure of Ahmed Hegazi to Saudi club Al-Ittihad in October, have not endeared him to his employers.

Bilic has been dealt a huge blow after the club failed in their bid to have Matheus Pereira’s three-match ban overturned.

The Brazilian playmaker, easily Albion’s most creative player, was sent off during the first half of last Sunday’s home defeat by Crystal Palace. B

ilic’s men were beaten 5-1 after playing an hour with 10 men, the capitulation at the hands of Roy Hodgson’s men a contributing factor towards the threat to the boss’ job.

Pereira was initially booked for aiming a kick at Patrick van Aanholt, who had fouled him, but the punishment was upgraded to a red card. Yet Albion’s attempts to have the ban either removed or reduced were thrown out by the FA.

selain Bilic, pelatih Sheffiled juga bakal dipecat, jomplang banget penampilan musim lalu sama musim ini, apa karena kipernya bukan Henderson? Ole kalo kalah diderby juga bakal masuk bursa pelatih yg dipecat, trus minggu depannya menang lagi mereda lagi, begitu aja terus ......

Slaven Bilic will be SACKED by West Brom's Chinese owners on Wednesday despite impressive draw at Manchester City - with Sam Allardyce set to take over and Sammy Lee as his No 2

* Manager Slaven Bilic is expected to be sacked by West Brom on Wednesday
* Bilic oversaw draw from his relegation-threatened side against Manchester City
* West Brom's Chinese owners had already determined they needed a change
* Club will turn to former England boss Sam Allardyce to lead them to safety

Slaven Bilic is expected to be sacked by West Brom on Wednesday with Sam Allardyce lined up to replace him.

Bilic oversaw a spirited 1-1 draw at Manchester City on Tuesday night but Albion's Chinese owners had already determined they needed a change in direction to preserve their top-flight status.

They will hold talks with Bilic on Wednesday to discuss his departure and will turn to former England boss Allardyce to lead them to safety. Allardyce, now 66, has performed similar tasks at Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Everton and is likely to bring in trusted assistant Sammy Lee on a deal, initially, to the end of the season.

Sam Allardyce (above) is set to take over the reins at Hawthorns with Sammy Lee as his No 2

Albion expect a backlash from supporters following their promotion from the Championship and their prudent spending but they have held reservations about performances and results since February.

Allardyce is viewed as coach of proven pedigree and track record of escaping relegation battles. They hope he will be in place before Sunday's Midlands derby against Aston Villa at the Hawthorns.

Sportsmail reported last Thursday that Bilic's job was under serious threat, with the weekend defeat by depleted Newcastle United doing nothing to dampen relegation fears. Albion have won just one of their opening 13 matches in the top flight since gaining promotion last season.

Bilic tried to deflect questions about his future on Tuesday night but admitted the situation was out of his hands. 'I'm very calm,' said the 52-year-old. 'I'm doing my job. I'm not bothered about (my future). I can't be more proud of what my team showed tonight. The other things are out of my control and I'm not bothered.

'I'm really proud of the boys. We asked them to work hard, to frustrate them and to wait for our chances and we've done everything. We helped each other and we counted of course on (goalkeeper) Sam Johnstone.

'But that's what you need when you come to Etihad if you want to get anything from the game.

'Every point counts. For me it would mean more than a point, the knowledge of what we have to do now in every game. If we go like crazy and fight for each other then we are going to have a good chance (of staying up) no matter how we play.'

City manager Pep Guardiola was frustrated by his team's inability to score, with Ilkay Gundogan and Raheem Sterling both missing late chances to secure three points.

'It is a setback,' admitted Guardiola. 'We cannot score goals. It's difficult for managers to find solutions. You don't have to be so clever to notice that the margin is a bit away from two years ago. We are struggling a little bit more.'

Big Sam is back! Allardyce worked miracles to keep Sunderland and Crystal Palace in the Premier League… Now he’s the perfect fit for a struggling West Brom and still has a point to prove after a turbulent last five years

* Sam Allardyce was named the new West Brom boss on Wednesday afternoon
* The relegation-threatened Baggies dispensed of the services of Slaven Bilic
* West Brom are currently 19th in the Premier League table and have won just once
* But Big Sam has an impressive history of keeping stricken teams in the top-flight
* Crystal Palace and Sunderland stayed up as a result of his defensive philosophy

Here we go again. A club deep in the relegation dogfight, fighting to preserve their Premier League status - the footballing world knows there's only one man for the job.

This task, however, may well be the toughest yet for Sam Allardyce, as he takes charge of West Brom following the sacking of Slaven Bilic in what is Big Sam's first managerial role for two-and-a-half years.

Despite an impressive point picked up on the road at Manchester City on Tuesday night, the Baggies are 19th in the table having won just once in 13 games since gaining promotion to the Premier League, via finishing second in the Championship last season.

Slaven Bilic was sacked as West Brom manager on Wednesday with his side 19th in the table

Sam Allardyce has been handed the reigns two-and-a-half years since his last role with Everton

They've kept just one clean sheet and have conceded more goals - 26 - than any other team in the division. That includes Sheffield United by the way, who are the only side below West Brom in the table.

As such, the writing was on the wall for Bilic long before his team put in arguably their performance of the season at the Etihad.

It would be fair to say, therefore, that Allardyce has his work cut out. And yet, we've been here before. Only a fool would write off the 66-year-old given his track record.

After tenures at Bolton, Blackburn and West Ham where he routinely steered his teams away from the palpable panic of relegation, Big Sam performed his first miracle five years ago, as Sunderland boss.

Quote:
SAM ALLARDYCE'S CAREER

Blackpool (1994-96)
Notts County (1997-99)
Bolton (1999-2007)
Newcastle (2007-08)
Blackburn (2008-10)
West Ham (2011-15)
Sunderland (2015-16)
England (2016)
Crystal Palace (2016-17)
Everton (2017-18)
The parallels with his new job are succinct. When he took over from Dick Advocaat within the first two months of the season, the Black Cats were also 19th in the table, with three points from eight matches.

But after a morale-boosting 3-0 win against rivals Newcastle in his second game of charge, prospects looked all-together rosier. Even with Sunderland deep in the relegation zone come the new year, Allardyce pulled off one of the great escapes.

Even by mid-April, they were in the drop-zone. But a memorable 3-0 win against Everton not only saved their skin, but confined Newcastle to relegation on a memorable evening at the Stadium of Light.

It was, undoubtedly, one of the biggest achievements in Allardyce's career of top-flight management.

Allardyce celebrates at the Stadium of Light after Sunderland's league survival is sealed. He guided a Black Cats side in a dire state at the turn of the year to safety in dramatic fashion

Big Sam had earned the enormous amount of praise he received, with his trademark strengths of making his teams difficult to beat widely credited with Sunderland's narrow survival.

In fact, his short-term influence was so impressive that he was given his dream job in charge of England come the summer.

And although he left just one game in by mutual consent following a newspaper sting, he was soon back in a Premier League hotseat with the objective again in no doubt - keep them in the league.

This time, it was Steve Parish and Crystal Palace who came calling, with Allardyce taking charge two days before Christmas as the Eagles booted out Alan Pardew.

Though the predicament was not quite as dire as experienced a year earlier, Palace were still a point above the relegation zone when he took charge - a team dramatically underperforming following a run to the FA Cup final the season before.

Allardyce took charge at Crystal Palace and succeeded in his goal to keep them in the league

And yet on this occasion, it took some time for the Allardyce touch to feel its full effect. After an opening draw at Watford, Palace lost five on the bounce in the league before picking up a pivotal win at Bournemouth in late January.

Crucially, Allardyce strengthened astutely in the January transfer window, with signings such as Jeffrey Schlupp, Mamadou Sakho, Patrick van Aanholt and Luka Milivojevic all still at the club.

But in the end, after a run of seven wins in nine matches from February to April, Palace finished in 14th, a comfortable seven points above the relegation zone.

Big Sam resigned straight after, insisting he wasn't interesting in taking another job in club management. Yet he went against his word just six months later, taking over at Everton who - by their standards - had started poorly under Ronald Koeman and were 13th in the table.

Though he left the club 12 months into an 18 month-contract, with fans unhappy at what was perceived as a negative style of play, on paper Allardyce had again improved a team under his stewardship - the Toffees finished in eighth.

It is no secret what the wily Premier League veteran brings to the table: stability and solidity in defence, structured organisation throughout the side and an absolute commitment to the club and its supporters of a high work-ethic from every player under his control.

They're core elements of any side who wants to achieve Premier League survival - there is arguably nobody better equipped to turn around a team leaking goals week in, week out.

But, like he did at both Sunderland and Palace, Allardyce will need to strengthen in next month's transfer window and improve a team which is, on current form, under-par.

He will also have to implement discipline and concentration, particularly late on in games. West Brom let a 3-0 lead against Chelsea slip earlier in the season and were also leading at Everton before Kieran Gibbs' foolish red card.

However, as shown on Tuesday, Allardyce has got a framework to work with. The Baggies almost held Tottenham at home and were unlucky to leave Old Trafford with nothing last month.

West Brom picked up a point at Man City but need to start winning to stay in the division. Allardyce will take charge of his eighth Premier League club as he begins his six-month deal

Starting with this Sunday's midlands derby against Aston Villa, West Brom need to start picking up not just points, but wins. It doesn't get any easier afterwards, with matches against Liverpool, Leeds and Arsenal in the festive period.

But the end-goal is distinguishably clear and if his history has proved anything, it is that Big Sam is more than capable of working another miracle at the Hawthorns this season.

And after 30 months out of the dugout, Allardyce will be desperate to prove his management skills have not yet waned, as he takes charge of his eighth Premier League club.

Chelsea slam Frank Lampard's lack of 'a clear path out of mid-table' as he is SACKED after players 'complained', with Thomas Tuchel set to become Roman Abramovich's FIFTEENTH manager

* Chelsea have sacked manager Frank Lampard after dramatic slump in form
* Blues have lost five of their last eight Premier League games and sit in ninth
* It comes less than 24 hours after Chelsea beat Luton in the FA Cup fourth round
* Chelsea's players told to stay away from training ground on Monday morning
* Ex-PSG manager Thomas Tuchel is in pole position to take over from Lampard

Frank Lampard has been sacked by Chelsea following a dismal slump in form that sees them sit ninth in the Premier League table.

The players were told not to come to the training ground until Monday afternoon as Lampard becomes the 10th manager sacked during the Roman Abramovich era.

Confirmation of his sacking came just before 11.30am on Monday after the club took decisive action following a torrid run of five losses in eight league games.

Abramovich, speaking publicly in a statement sacking a manager for the first time, described Lampard as a 'man of great integrity' but added: 'Under current circumstances we believe it is best to change managers' with the club in mid-table.

Sunday's win over Luton Town to advance to the fifth round of the FA Cup hasn't proved enough to save the former midfielder from the chop.

The former Paris Saint-Germain and Borussia Dortmund manager Thomas Tuchel is set to replace Lampard with a potential unveiling within 24 hours.

Frank Lampard has been sacked by Chelsea after just 18 months in charge at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea beat Championship side Luton 3-1 in the FA Cup on Sunday but it didn't save Lampard from the sack following a slump in league form. Club legend Lampard becomes the 10th manager sacked during the Roman Abramovich era

It will mean another pay-off for owner Abramovich with Lampard earning £4million a year. His contract ran until 2022.

The club statement confirming the sacking read: 'This has been a very difficult decision, and not one that the owner and the board have taken lightly.

'We are grateful to Frank for what he has achieved in his time as head coach of the club.

'However, recent results and performances have not met the club's expectations, leaving the club mid-table without any clear path to sustained improvement.

'There can never be a good time to part ways with a club legend such as Frank, but after lengthy deliberation and consideration it was decided a change is needed now to give the club time to improve performances and results this season.'

Abramovich said: 'This was a very difficult decision for the club, not least because I have an excellent personal relationship with Frank and I have the utmost respect for him.

'He is a man of great integrity and has the highest of work ethics. However, under current circumstances we believe it is best to change managers.

'On behalf of everyone at the club, the board and personally, I would like to thank Frank for his work as head coach and wish him every success in the future.

'He is an important icon of this great club and his status here remains undiminished. He will always be warmly welcomed back at Stamford Bridge.'

Lampard was reportedly told of Abramovich's decision by chairman Bruce Buck and director Marina Granovskaia in a 9am meeting at Stamford Bridge.

He had been driving to Chelsea's Cobham training ground before being summoned to a meeting that was sombre and sad in tone.

Lampard signs his contract as he is appointed Chelsea manager in early July 2019

Sportsmail understands the Chelsea players are due in at their Cobham training base on Monday afternoon but haven't been briefed about the new manager yet.

A dreadful run of league form has seen the Blues lose five of their last eight Premier League matches, leaving them well out of the title picture.

Lampard's relationship with influential director Marina Granovskaia had deteriorated with one bone of contention the manager's treatment of £72m goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who was dropped for Edouard Mendy following a series of high-profile errors.

There were also reservations in the boardroom over Lampard's desire to sign former academy player Declan Rice from West Ham. The club didn't want the embarrassment of buying back a player they had released as a teenager at huge expense.

The Athletic also reported that senior players such as Kepa has issues with how Lampard approached games. It is claimed Blues stars were told to 'go out and express themselves' rather than take to the pitch with clear instructions or direction.

There was also a feeling within the squad that Lampard didn't adapt quickly enough within games if his plan failed to work.

The club will be making no further comment until such time as a new head coach is appointed.
Talks with Tuchel, who is a free agent following his sacking at PSG in late December, are underway with the German emerging as a prime contender to replace Lampard.

RB Leipzig coach Julian Nagelsmann has admirers in the Blues boardroom, but there are concerns over whether he would leave his current employers mid-season.

That would pave the way for Tuchel to be appointed now and he could be in charge for their home game against Wolves on Wednesday night.

Chelsea have been warned off Tuchel, 47, in the past after run-ins with previous employers Borussia Dortmund and PSG but that doesn't seem to be a factor now.

Sportsmail understands Chelsea started to think about replacing Lampard when Tuchel left PSG but feel they missed an opportunity with ex-Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, now at PSG.

The sacking came after Lampard said the win over Luton on Sunday would 'bring a nice air of positivity' to the club.

He said: 'People will look very close at the moment but I need to see a bigger picture. This was an important result because it brings a nice air of positivity to the club. We want to win more points in league. That's where we are at.

'It's nice for us in the short term, the scrutiny on a club like this is normal. When you're off it slightly the only focus should be on changing the form. We just go again.'

Lampard was only 18 months into his time as Chelsea manager. He steered them to a fourth-placed finish last season and also to the final of the FA Cup.

But despite massive investment of £230million in new players, they have been unable to mount a challenge at the top of the table.

The current season started promisingly enough, with Chelsea embarking on a 14-match unbeaten run through the autumn and making progress through their Champions League group.

But a 1-0 defeat at Everton on December 12 marked the start of a dismal league run that included losses to Wolves, Arsenal, Manchester City and Leicester to all but end their title chances.

Lampard's iconic status from his playing days means his sacking will split opinion among the Chelsea fanbase. There was a banner in support of the former midfielder hung from the upper tier of the Shed on Sunday.

When asked about the banner after Sunday's game, an emotional Lampard said: 'I'm very thankful for the support and it's great to see it at the Bridge.

'I feel it very strongly and I know the modern world has moved on, social media and eyes comes from all parts of the world.

'One thing that I do know is that when I'm at the Bridge, I'm at a club that I love and that has always shown me huge support as a player and now as a manager.

'So I appreciate it very much. All I want to do is repay that by being successful at the club.'

Chelsea have back-to-back home matches this week against Wolves and then Burnley to try to improve their form.

They will travel to Barnsley in the FA Cup fifth round and have been paired with Atletico Madrid in the last-16 of the Champions League.

Lampard is the 10th manager to be sacked since Abramovich's takeover in 2003, joining Claudio Ranieri, Jose Mourinho (twice), Avram Grant, Luis Felipe Scolari, Carlo Ancelotti, Andre Villas-Boas, Roberto Di Matteo and Antonio Conte.

News of Lampard's sacking was met with disgust by Chelsea fans and football pundits.

Match of the Day host Gary Lineker wrote on Twitter: 'Utterly ludicrous after his first bad run. It was always going to need time given so many new signings feeling their way into a new club. Patience being a virtue is seldom recognised in this sport. They never learn.'

Gary Lineker said it is 'utterly ludicrous' that Chelsea have not given Lampard more time

Chelsea supporters were quick to slam the board for ruthlessly dismissing fan favourite Lampard, who had only been in the job for one-and-a-half seasons.

One angry fan wrote: 'Hearing Lampard is getting sacked is actually a disgrace, why now that he is trying to get the team to play together?

'Shame on the Chelsea board!'

Another added: 'I am really disgusted by the Chelsea board, none of which have done more for the club than Lampard.

'You don't give him a chance to say goodbye properly as a player, you don't give him a testimonial, shame on you.

'I am embarrassed to be a Chelsea fan today.'
