Pertama, jangan sampe McTominay main apalagi jadi CB.
Kedua, Dalot kasih kesempatan lagi dah.
Ketiga, nggak ingin nyoba trio lagi kah Martial Lukaku Sanchez?

THE LOWDOWN ON UNITED V VALENCIA

UEFA Champions League football comes to Old Trafford for the first time this season when Manchester United host Valencia on Tuesday night.

The Reds will be aiming to recover quickly from Saturday's domestic defeat to West Ham United and maintain a winning start to the European campaign, after United beat Young Boys away in the opening group game two weeks ago.

Here’s everything to need to know ahead of Tuesday’s fixture…

What’s the team news?
Jose Mourinho has nearly a full-strength squad to choose from, with Marcos Rojo being the only player who was ruled out of the West Ham game through injury. Sergio Romero is available again after he missed Saturday’s trip to the London Stadium through suspension. The manager's press conference on Monday afternoon could include further clues as to who might be in his matchday 18 against the Spanish club.

What about Valencia?
The visitors could be without striker Santi Mina, after the 22-year-old missed Los Che’s last two games with a knee injury. Apart from him, the visitors have a clean bill of health. They have mostly operated with a 4-4-2 shape this season and the United backline will be wary of the threat posed by star man Rodrigo.

How have they started the season?
Valencia sit 14th in the La Liga table after seven games. They will however, be buoyed ahead of their travels to Manchester after finally gaining their first victory of the season at the weekend, against Real Sociedad. Los Che had previously drawn five league matches and lost one, to Espanyol in late August. The Spaniards were defeated in their last outing in the Champions League, when they went down 2-0 to Juventus.

Which players might we know?

Former Arsenal men Gabriel Paulista and Francis Coquelin play for Valencia, as does current Chelsea striker Michy Batshuayi, who is on loan at the club this season. Well-known stars like Geoffrey Kondogbia, Kevin Gameiro and Denis Cheryshev are also in their ranks.

Who is their manager?
Marcelino is enjoying his second year in charge at the Mestalla. He led Valencia to a fourth-place finish and a Copa del Rey semi-final in his first season at the club. He has also previously managed Sevilla and Villarreal.

Who’s the referee?
Slavko Vincic takes charge of Tuesday night’s proceedings. The Slovenian official oversaw Burnley’s 3-1 defeat to Olympiacos in the Europa League earlier this season and also refereed a Champions League qualifying game between Fenerbahce and Benfica in August. Vincic will be supported by his assistants and compatriots Tomaz Klancnik and Andraz Kovacic.

JOSE'S TEAM NEWS FOR VALENCIA TIE

Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has provided MUTV with an update on his plans for Tuesday's Champions League tie with Valencia.

The boss is set to be without four absentees for the match under the lights at Old Trafford, as the hosts look to build on the convincing 3-0 victory over Young Boys on matchday one.

Ashley Young picked up an injury during the weekend loss at West Ham United, while Marcos Rojo, Ander Herrera and Jesse Lingard are also on the sidelines.

The unavailability of Young, who captained the side at the London Stadium, should open the door to either Antonio Valencia or Diogo Dalot to operate on the right-hand side of defence. Three central defenders were employed against the Hammers, with Scott McTominay performing in a new role for him.

Alexis Sanchez did not play and was not among the substitutes on Saturday, but he trained in front of the cameras on Monday morning at the Aon Training Complex and could be an option.

“Apart from Marcos Rojo, now we have Ander Herrera, Ashley Young and Jesse Lingard out,” Jose told MUTV. “I prefer the doctor to speak, but they are not in [the right] conditions.”

The fixture against Valencia, who registered their first La Liga win of the season at the weekend, looks an important one in terms of the make-up of Group H, after Marcelino's men were defeated by 10-man Juventus at the Mestalla in their opening match.

“The Champions League week is always a good week,” said Mourinho. “Even if you expect a difficult match, a difficult opponent.

”It's a big week. Everyone wants to play [in the] Champions League, not everyone can do it. So we are here and we have the chance to play a big match. So, big match, big week.“

Default Re: [UEL] Manchester United 0-0 Valencia

MANCHESTER UNITED 0 VALENCIA 0
United were held to a scoreless stalemate by Valencia in a frustrating first home game in the Champions League campaign.

The Reds have now got four points on the board in Group H with this draw added to the opening 3-0 win against Young Boys in Switzerland. But against a Valencia side struggling in La Liga, Jose Mourinho’s side couldn’t find the killer touch to join Juventus in making a 100 per cent start in Europe.

With an 11-player United team huddle just before kick-off, Old Trafford crackling on a Champions League night and a bright start from the Reds, that dismal Saturday at West Ham seemed to have been consigned to history.
A European atmosphere was just what Mourinho’s side needed after the struggle in London. There was certainly a response from the team seeking successive Group H section victories.

Valencia have not had the best of times themselves in La Liga this season, winning just the once in seven league matches. They finished fourth behind Barcelona, Real Madrid and Atletico Madrid last season but are currently lying a disappointing 14th and they lost their opening Champions League group match against Juventus in Spain.

However, Marcelino’s side looked a different proposition at Old Trafford and United needed to be much improved to secure a foothold in the match.

With manager Mourinho choosing an attacking looking side with forwards Marcus Rashford, Alexis and Romelu Lukaku all in the line-up, the home fans expected the Reds to be on the front foot. It was Rashford, buoyed by his sublime goal at West Ham, who took the game to Valencia and crashed in a couple of shots to ensure keeper Neto was on his toes.

For their part, the Spaniards answered with some neat and slick build-up play that was good for their travelling supporters to watch but once they got to the final third it all fell apart for them and David De Gea was able to enjoy an easy first half.

United fans were encouraged by the Reds' robust early challenges as the likes of Eric Bailly and Marouane Fellaini won the second ball time and again.

However, Valencia realised they’d have to dish something out as well to survive and three of their players - Francis Coquelin, Rodrigo and captain Daniel Parejo - were all booked before the interval. The game became a touch scrappy when neither side could find a breakthrough.

United were unable to start the second half in the same lively fashion as the first period and the contest overall became a bit sluggish. That said, Valencia’s danger man from the opening 45 minutes, Goncalo Guedes, went reasonably close to breaking the deadlock again in the early exchanges after the break with a curling shot that went just wide.

The Old Trafford crowd decided it was time to intervene. The crowd raised the decibels again and issued an ‘attack, attack, attack’ reminder to the Reds who responded to the encouragement from the stands.

At last the Spanish side were rocking at the back with Pogba going close and a succession of corners raising the temperature and threat level. Pogba was again in the thick of it as he fired in a free kick which needed touching over the bar by Neto.

There was always a counter-attack concern and Michy Batshuayi, on loan to Valencia from Chelsea, blasted over in the 67th minute to add another warning. United had ammo up their own sleeves as well and when Pogba released Lukaku in the 70th minute it needed another Neto stop to keep the score at 0-0.

Mourinho’s first throw of the dice to attempt to find a late winner came as he replaced Alexis with substitute Anthony Martial as we entered the last 15 minutes.

Goncalo Guedes let United off the hook soon after Martial’s appearance when he decided to pull the ball back in a shooting position rather than pull the trigger.

It was getting hairy at both ends of the pitch as United and Valencia searched for the elusive goal. The Stretford End were on their feet when Martial was brought down under their noses but referee Slavko Vincic judged the foul to have been committed outside the penalty area. The tight angle didn’t matter to Rashford who thundered in the free kick and struck the top of the crossbar before Lukaku followed up soon after with a header just over the frame.

That was the final action of note, as the Spaniards saw out the 0-0 draw to take home a point ahead of their back-to-back meetings with Young Boys. As for the Reds, the next game in Europe will be the biggest of the lot - Group H leaders Juventus come to Old Trafford on 23 October.
