Re: [EPL] Manchester United vs Norwich City
karna dalam klausul kontraknya ada point yang menyebutkan 'tugas saya hanya duduk dan menonton pertandingan dari bench'

Re: [EPL] Manchester United vs Norwich City
Sebuah opini dari fans untuk fans...menarik juga...
Well, that didn’t go to plan. Here is what we learned against Norwich City. Point the first Anthony Martial deserves the Golden Boy award for scoring. Oh, and Wayne Rooney got in the box for some of it, and tried an audacious overhead kick, that was nice. Michael Carrick decided he didn’t want to run towards the ball for their first goal, and I don’t know where the defence was for the second. But thems the breaks sometimes. Anyway, enough about that, on to business. Point the second (and probably conclusion) I suppose I am meant to talk about the football in this article, but if I’m completely honest that’s the last thing I’m concerned with at the present minute. It isn’t pretty, and defeats are never nice, but there is a very high percentage (astronomically high, a firm 95%) of fans that seem to take great pleasure in moaning at absolutely every aspect of things and can never be pleased. They believe Manchester United have a god given right to win every game of football they play, regardless of opponent. Failure to do so by six goals or more means whoever is in charge is instantly culpable. ‘This wouldn’t have happened if Fergie was in charge’, ‘we need Jose in now’ and ‘van Gaal hasn’t got a clue’ are commonplace following any Manchester United game, even if it results in a victory. It’s absolutely hilarious. Manchester United were playing defensive midfielders earlier in the season, and that wasn’t good enough. Today there were no real defensive midfielders, and that wasn’t good enough either. What do you want then? A defensive midfielder that is both that and an attacking midfielder? Ashley Young should start, what does he have to do for game time? Was the shout before today. Ashley Young starts, he shouldn’t have been playing where he was. No, he isn’t a full back, but if Cameron Borthwick Jackson starts then United are over reliant on youth. If any of the three behind the striker don’t start then van Gaal should be sacked there and then. WHAT DO YOU PEOPLE WANT!? It isn’t completely the fans fault, the media do their job of stirring up a good pot, but it is the fans fault for being sucked into following a bandwagon. The players are free thinking human beings, and as such why are they exempt from blame? ‘Van Gaal doesn’t stand on the touch-line’, so what? Does your manager stand behind you when you’re doing your job? No, because that is completely unnecessary. Get a grip. This rant is very disjointed, because new aspects that annoy me keep popping up, but im going to bring it to close. If you’re so dissatisfied with things at the minute, take your fickleness and put it into supporting another club. Don’t spin this ‘I do it because I care about the club’ rubbish either, because that doesn’t rub with me. My suggestion is a long evaluation of yourselves. Perhaps look for some foresight, and remember that Sir Alex Ferguson wasn’t always perfect, and it could be worse, United could be Chelsea. If Louis van Gaal does get sacked or leave, then I hope you’re proud of yourselves. A shameful hounding, perpetuating everything wrong with modern football, has come to fruition. A club that prides itself on tradition now has a fan base following a trend. Well done everyone, well done. Code:

Siaaappp... ================================================== ==================== Manchester United put in another turgid display to lose 1-2 at home to Premier League new boys Alex Neil led Norwich City. In a must win game, van Gaal’s players failed their manager and he will most probably get the axe. As a result, United slipped to 5th, courtesy of a Tottenham win at St. Mary’s and are currently winless in 6 games, a terrible run. The match had some key tactical points which we shall discuss below. FELLAINI LEAVING THE HOLDING MIDFIELD TO CONSTANTLY ATTACK Fellaini started as a holding midfielder alongside Michael Carrick in what was a grave error. Fellaini has a tendency to push forward from the midfield and play almost as a second striker. In such a scenario, playing him next to a slow, 34-year old Carrick wasn’t the wisest thing to do. Fellaini is always a menace in the opposition boxes due to his bulky frame and good heading abilities. He naturally pushed forward as United looked for an opener. But his left the central midfield exposed and vulnerable to counter attacks, and that is exactly what happened as Jerome finished off a quick Norwich counter to give them the lead. This also led to their second goal as United went on to lose the game. ALEX NEIL WINS THE TACTICAL BATTLE LVG predictably set his team to hold possession, much like the whole of the season. However, similar to most of the other matches, United found it difficult to break down a well-disciplined defensive side. With 2 banks of four behind the ball, United had almost zero penetration and were reduced to punting crosses into the box with usually no striker in the box as Rooney once again dropped into the midfield to influence play. The team as a whole pushed forward with negligible incisiveness. Neil set his side up to counter at pace whenever with ball, using Jerome, Brady and Redmond as the outlets for counters. The approach reaped sweet fruit as Norwich scored twice on the counter, once through Jerome and another one through Tettey. United eventually pulled a goal back when Martial finished off a scramble in the box to restore some hope among despondent United fans but nothing could happen. FULLBACKS PUSHING FORWARD TOO OFTEN Young perhaps forgot that he was supposed to defend as well, and he was certainly not aware of it as he bombed forward at will without any regards for his defensive duties. He created the first goal and was generally a livewire down the right, but he was nowhere to be found when the first goal was scored. The same happened Daley Blind’s case, who started as the left back and although he put in some good crosses and long passes, he left too much space down the left side and was out of possession too many times. He also got dispossessed which sparked another Norwich counter attack. Blind is best suited to the center back role and it was pretty clear why on Saturday. LACK OF A CONSTANT PRESENCE UP FRONT With Rooney starting, Anthony Martial was just ahead of him as the striker with Mata on the right and Memphis on the left. As the match progressed, it became clear the Mata had moved central, with Rooney playing up front and Martial on the right. Here is where it went wrong. Young started to put in crosses in the middle, but with nobody constantly up front to get to the end of them, it was a pointless tactic. It only became effective when Martial was playing as striker and it led to a goal. Rooney up front alone is not the way to go for United anymore. He is too static and doesn’t play off the shoulder of the last defender anymore. Martial is an actual striker, and must be played there. Sent from my iPad Air 2 using Tapatalk |

Menarik memang melihat dari perspektif yg lain. Tapi kalah 3 kali berturut2 is not an option for United. Kekakuan taktik van Gaal mengurangi kemampuan individu pemain untuk bermain sesuai gayanya. Sent from my iPad Air 2 using Tapatalk |
