Smalling rasanya bakal main besok atau tengah minggu. Fisik dan staminanya musti disiapkan menjelang final. Rasanya nggak mungkin langsung turun final tanpa ada pertandingan pemanasan dulu.

http://www.manutd.com/sitecore/shell...,440,2000,1566Match Preview: Tottenham v United

When and where can I watch it?
United make the trip to Tottenham on Sunday 14 May, with kick-off scheduled for 16:30 BST. The game will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports and fans can also follow the action in ManUtd.com's live match blog and via the club's official Twitter account, @ManUtd. MUTV subscribers can tune in to Match Day Live from 15:30 BST for all the build-up to the game and then listen to live radio commentary, before watching the 90 minutes in full from midnight.

Setting the scene…
After our record-breaking 25-game unbeaten run in the Premier League came to an end at Arsenal last Sunday, the Reds are back in north London this weekend, fresh from the euphoria of reaching the Europa League final on Thursday night. With the Gunners moving up to fifth following their midweek win over Southampton, United will be looking to maintain the pressure on the teams above.

Meanwhile, with Chelsea able to wrap up the title with victory at West Bromwich Albion on Friday, three points for Spurs would guarantee them second place and cap another excellent domestic season. Mauricio Pochettino's men currently have a seven-point cushion over third-placed Liverpool and boast one of the best home records in the country, winning their last seven games in all competitions at White Hart Lane. So, it promises to be another stern test of United's credentials but, as shown against the league leaders last month, the Reds can rise to any challenge.

How are both sides doing?
Well, it's fair to say the Reds have struggled for consistency in the league lately. After impressive victories over Sunderland, Chelsea and Burnley without conceding a goal, United are winless in the last three games but had won the previous four league games on the road before the loss at the Emirates Stadium, less than 72 hours after the conclusion of the Europa League semi-final first leg against Celta Vigo in Spain. As far as Tottenham are concerned, their title hopes were all but extinguished by a 1-0 defeat at West Ham United last Friday night. The surprise loss came after they bounced back from the Emirates FA Cup semi-final defeat by Chelsea with successive wins over London rivals Arsenal and Crystal Palace, earning boss Pochettino and forward Son Heung-Min the Premier League Manager and Player of the Month awards for April respectively.

So, who's available to play?
That's a good question! We know already the Reds will be without five players, with Jose Mourinho confirming on Wednesday the injured Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Tim Fosu-Mensah, Marcos Rojo, Luke Shaw and Ashley Young will be out for the rest of the season. Marouane Fellaini will serve the final game of his three-match domestic suspension but Eric Bailly's ban following his dismissal against Celta Vigo applies only to European competitions. Spurs, meanwhile, remain without the injured Harry Winks and Erik Lamela but Danny Rose could return after a lengthy absence with a knee-ligament problem.

What happened earlier in the season?
United came away with all three points from a tight encounter when the sides met in December at the Theatre of Dreams, as Henrikh Mkhitaryan's first Premier League goal just before the half-hour mark proved the difference to earn the Reds a 1-0 victory over our top-four rivals.

How have we fared against Spurs in the past?
The Reds have the upper hand in the head-to-head record against Spurs over the years. This weekend's clash represents the 186th meeting of the sides in all competitions and United have won 88, drawn 48 and lost 49 of the previous encounters. Although winning the last three games at Old Trafford, United have not beaten the Lilywhites away from home since a 3-1 success in March 2012, as Spurs ran out 3-0 winners in last season's corresponding fixture after three successive draws between the sides at White Hart Lane.

Did you know?
Sunday's match brings together the two sides which have lost the fewest games in the Premier League this season. Both United and Spurs have each only tasted defeat just four times in 35 matches.

So long, farewell…
After being part of the final game at West Ham's Upton Park last season, the Reds will also have the honour of providing the opposition for what is Tottenham's final home game before they leave their White Hart Lane home at the end of the season to enable the development of a new £700million stadium on adjacent land to continue. As they did for Champions League games earlier this season, Spurs are set to play their home matches at Wembley next season.

Who is the referee?
The man in the middle for Sunday's game will be Jon Moss, who takes charge of his fifth United game of the season after officiating both matches at Hull in the Premier League and EFL Cup, November's home draw with West Ham and, most recently, the win at Middlesbrough in March. He will be assisted by Eddie Smart and Andy Halliday, with Lee Mason acting as fourth official.

Who else is playing this weekend?
There is the usual full fixture list over the weekend, spread over Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Here's the rest of the programme…

Friday 12 May

Everton v Watford (19:45 BST)
West Bromwich Albion v Chelsea (20:00 BST)

Saturday 13 May (15:00 BST unless stated)
Manchester City v Leicester City (12:30 BST)
Bournemouth v Burnley
Middlesbrough v Southampton
Sunderland v Swansea City
Stoke City v Arsenal (17:30 BST)

Sunday 14 May
Crystal Palace v Hull City (12:00 BST)

Re: [EPL] Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United

http://www.manutd.com/sitecore/shell...,162,3224,1989Team news for United ahead of Spurs clash

Jose Mourinho has provided an update on the latest team news ahead of Manchester United's Premier League trip to Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday
.

The Reds will take part in the last match at Spurs' current home on what is sure to be an emotional occasion for the north London club and, after progress to the Europa League final against Ajax was assured on Thursday, the boss will be shuffling his pack and prioritising the big game in Stockholm on 24 May.

With Mourinho confirming Sergio Romero is set to retain his place in Europe, David De Gea looks a certainty to keep goal at White Hart Lane with Eric Bailly also due to start as he will miss the final through suspension.

Axel Tuanzebe is likely to come back into the reckoning after his assured Premier League debut at Spurs' rivals Arsenal last weekend while Juan Mata is an option in midfield after being carefully eased back into action after a groin operation.

When asked about the upcoming matches against Spurs and Southampton and whether he would treat them the same as the final-day encounter with Crystal Palace in terms of making changes, the manager replied: "I approach these games the same. I have to give some minutes to everyone because we only have 15 players. We don’t have more. We only have 15 so I have to play them but I have to play them in a mixed way and by periods.

"I don’t have another solution. In the Premier League, we can only finish fifth or sixth. I don’t think we can finish seventh or we can finish fourth so it’s fifth or sixth and we can win a trophy. By winning that trophy, we can play in the Champions League next season so that’s the game but, obviously, like we did against Arsenal, we didn’t throw the match away.

"We played and we tried to win. We gave a difficult match to our opponents and had chances to get a different result. It’s what we are going to do. We are not going say matches are not important – they are important. But we have one that is more important than others. The match on Sunday is important for us too."

On the topic of Bailly's red card and suspension for the Europa League final, Mourinho reiterated in his post-match press conference: "I don’t know about it [the incident against Celta Vigo]. I didn’t see it. I don’t want to see it now, maybe tomorrow, but even if it was unfair, I don’t think the UEFA rules will allow any chance of an appeal. So I don’t think he plays in the final. If he doesn’t play in the final, he has to play the remaining matches in the Premier League and give rest to some of the others."

United face a tough assignment against a Spurs side aiming to go the whole Premier League season unbeaten at home for the first time, while three of the Reds' four defeats in the division this term have been on a Sunday after a Europa League tie on the Thursday. However, with cup final places now up for grabs, there will still be plenty of incentive for the Reds on duty to impress.

TRIVIA: UNITED'S HISTORY AT WHITE HART LANE

Manchester United will visit White Hart Lane for the 89th and final time on Sunday before hosts Tottenham Hotspur move to Wembley next season while completing the construction of a new ground nearby. A good excuse, then, to delve into the Reds' history at one of English football's most famous arenas...

OVERALL RECORD
United have won 25 of 88 meetings with Tottenham at White Hart Lane, drawing 31, with the hosts coming out on top on 32 occasions. The Reds have scored 111 times, compared to Spurs' 144 goals.

EXCITING INTRODUCTION
The Reds' maiden trip to White Hart Lane ended in a 2-2 draw in September 1909, with George Wall and Jimmy Turnbull scoring for the visitors and Robert Steel's two penalties earning a point for the home side. United's first victory there came on the 11th visit, in February 1926, with Thomas Smith netting the only goal of the game.

HISTORY MAKER
John Fitzpatrick became United's first-ever substitute in 1965 when coming on for Denis Law during a 5-1 defeat. Five years later, Fitzpatrick scored on the ground, one of his 10 goals for the Reds.

FAMILIAR FOES
Over the course of 1979, the two teams met four times at the Lane and six times overall. The Reds won and drew league games on Tottenham's turf and held them in the FA Cup, but lost there in the League Cup with Glenn Hoddle's sublime strike being a highlight for the home supporters. In the winter of 1968, the sides played 300 minutes of football together in the space of a single week - after the sides drew 2-2 in the FA Cup at Old Trafford, the Reds lost the replay 1-0 in London but returned days later to win 2-1 there in the league.

DUTY CALLS FOR DUNCAN
Duncan Edwards was given special leave from National Service to represent the Reds in 1955 and the young Lance Corporal made the most of a break from his Army duties by netting both goals in a 2-1 triumph at White Hart Lane. They were superb strikes from distance and he was up at 5am the next morning to report back to camp in the West Country.

SHEASY BETWEEN THE STICKS
When Edwin van der Sar suffered a broken nose at White Hart Lane in 2007, John O'Shea donned the goalkeeping gloves and memorably managed to keep a clean sheet for the final 10 minutes or so. United won 4-0 with an irresistible performance.

COMEBACK KINGS
Sir Alex Ferguson's team looked dead and buried when Christian Ziege gave Spurs a 3-0 lead on the stroke of half time in 2001 but all sorts of records tumbled as the visitors turned things around to win 5-3 in unforgettable fashion. United notched the club's biggest-ever tally at White Hart Lane and all within the space of 45 minutes. Captain-for-the-day David Beckham rounded things off after Andy Cole, Laurent Blanc, Ruud van Nistelrooy and Juan Sebastian Veron all scored past Neil Sullivan - the same keeper beaten by Beckham's most famous goal, from 57 yards at Wimbledon.

SWEET SHERI
Teddy Sheringham is the only man to score for both clubs in this fixture - if we discount an own goal in 1999 by Paul Scholes who also notched for United in three games at White Hart Lane. Sheringham netted for Tottenham in 1996 and, two years later, bagged the Reds' consolation during a League Cup defeat.

ROONEY TARGETS THE TOP
Wayne Rooney can become United's all-time leading scorer at White Hart Lane if he can find the net on Sunday afternoon, as he is currently tied with Sir Bobby Charlton on six strikes. Ryan Giggs has made the most appearances for the Reds at Spurs' home (25).

BOSSING IT
Three legendary managers have taken charge of the most games between the clubs at this ground. Sir Alex leads the way with 28 matches, followed by Sir Matt Busby on 20 and Spurs icon Bill Nicholson on 18.

GOLDEN GRAHAM
Little did he know it when scoring for United in a 1-1 draw back in 1973 but George Graham would become a key figure in Spurs' history. Not only did he guide arch-rivals Arsenal to great success, winning two Division One titles as their manager, but he was also controversially appointed Tottenham boss later in his career and lifted the League Cup in 1999.

WHITE HART HAT-TRICKS
Only two triples have ever been scored in this fixture - both for Spurs. Charlie Handley achieved the feat in 1923 before prolific marksman Jimmy Greaves bagged half of the hosts' goals in their 6-2 victory in 1962.

EDGE OF GLORY
In late April 2003, the Reds were dominating at the Lane but struggling to find the breakthrough when knowing three points would take the club a huge step closer to another Premier League title. Eventually, Paul Scholes nodded United in front and van Nistelrooy clinched the win in the dying seconds to spark joyous celebrations.

EUROPEAN ENCOUNTER
There was one non-domestic clash between United and Spurs at the north London venue, when the hosts ran out 2-0 victors in a European Cup Winners' Cup tie in 1963. The Reds had the last laugh, though, securing a 4-1 triumph in the second leg at Old Trafford to progress in the competition.

Re: [EPL] Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United

Senjata utama cuma pace Rashford.

Re: [EPL] Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United

Super duper kecewa lah...makin deket ke last match EPL ko MU malah makin ancur...kalah 2x beruntun n nyaris ga bikin SoT.

(sky/pra)
