Richard Dunne's proposed move to Aston Villa from Manchester City is yet to be finalised.

The Premier League have told Sky Sports News that the deal cannot be 'ratified' at the moment.

The £6million deal has been all but completed, but Dunne may now have to wait until Wednesday before he officially becomes an Aston Villa player.

Michael Turner has revealed he is 'over the moon' to have joined Sunderland and admits Steve Bruce was a major factor in his decision to move to the Stadium of Light.

Sunderland have snapped up the defender from Hull City for an undisclosed fee, with Turnersigning a four-year contract on Wearside.
