Loans: Robins lauds Brown New Coventry City manager Mark Robins praised the performance of Reece Brown, despite his side losing 2-1 to Carlisle in League One. The former United player, now in charge of the Sky Blues, was disappointed to lose his first game as boss at the Ricoh Arena but found solace in the display of the on-loan defender. “With the influx of new players and young players, we need to start to give them that guidance on how to perform to their best ability,” Robins told Coventry’s website. “You need to be a man in this game. I think Brown did well today. He stepped up to the plate and he has won some good balls in the air with his distribution being pretty good as well.” Elsewhere, Ben Amos made his seventh start for Hull City as they went down 3-1 to Leicester City in The Championship. The young Reds keeper started his seventh match for Steve Bruce’s men, who were outgunned by a David Nugent hat-trick. Luke Giverin and Gyliano van Velzen both played for Royal Antwerp as they drew 2-2 with R.C.S. Visé. The pair, who joined the club in early September, both started the match as they continue their development in the in the Belgian second division. Elsewhere, Fabio sat out QPR’s 2-1 defeat to Tottenham after injuring his hamstring against Chelsea last weekend, while John Cofie was an unused substitute for Sheffield United’s 1-0 win over Yeovil.

Loans: Amos clean sheet
08/10/2012 12:57, Report by Adam Marshall -manutd- Ben Amos kept a clean sheet in Hull City's 1-0 win at Sheffield Wednesday. The impressive England Under-21 international helped Steve Bruce's Tigers pick up a valuable victory on the road to take them back up to 10th in the Championship table. It was the keeper's long punt forward that led to Aaron Mclean netting the 77th-minute winner. John Cofie was not involved in Sheffield United's triumph at Leyton Orient by the same scoreline and Mark Robins' Coventry also won by a single goal - against Bournemouth - but Reece Brown was an unused substitute. Blades manager Danny Wilson explained Cofie did not make the trip to London because of a groin injury. "John couldn’t be involved and so there was no point in asking him to come down when he could be staying at home and receiving treatment," Wilson informed the Sheffield Star. "Fingers crossed, the rest will help and then we’ll see how he is." Over in Belgium, Luke Giverin played the full 90 minutes and Gyliano van Velzen was replaced with 12 minutes remaining in a goalless draw away to Boussu Dour Borinage. Fabio is still sidelined at QPR with a hamstring problem.

Loans: Amos climbs table Ben Amos and Hull City continued their climb up the Championship table, entering the play-off positions with a dramatic 2-1 win over Ipswich Town on Saturday. The Reds goalkeeper played another full match as Steve Bruce’s men came from behind to snatch a crucial win, thanks to Nick Proschwitz’s second goal in the 90th minute. “For me it was the right result,” Bruce explained. “I thought we were the only team who were trying to win it. To score in the last couple of minutes is always great.” In League One, Reece Brown could do little to prevent his Coventry City side losing 2-1 to high-flying Notts County, who extended their unbeaten league away run to 14 games. The Sky Blues, also managed by a former United player, Mark Robins, are now placed 21st in the table, sitting precariously in the relegation zone with just 11 points from 13 games. “At times, we're really naïve,” Robins said. “We're a fairly young squad, but when we come up against senior professionals they know every trick in the book and that little bit of experience told.” Over in Belgium, English youngster Luke Giverin played a full 90 minutes for Royal Antwerp in their 1-1 draw with AS Eupen in the Belgian Second Division. Gyliano van Velzen did not feature. Elsewhere, John Cofie was an unused substitute for Sheffield United’s 1-0 win over Preston North End, while Fabio missed out on QPR’s 1-1 draw with Everton through injury.

Loans: Ex-Red inspires Amos Ben Amos says his loan spell at Hull City is being aided by the tutelage of former Manchester United goalkeeper Gary Walsh. Amos has played every minute of every Championship match this season as part of a 10-month stay at the KC Stadium, where he is working under current Tigers coach Walsh. The 22-year-old helped his temporary team record a 2-1 win at Bristol City on Saturday and claims he has learned a lot from Walsh, who knows how to make it under Sir Alex Ferguson at United. “I've got a lot of respect for Walshy and what he's done in the game. His knowledge of the game is second to none and he's a great bloke as well,” Amos recently told the Daily Mail. “I consider him a friend and we bounce off each other every day. He's been through it all at United and he knows just how good you've got to be to make it there. “Walshy was number two to one of the best goalkeepers in the world, Peter Schmeichel, and he understands what I need to do to give myself the best possible chance of going back to United and knocking the other two off the perch.” In Belgium, Luke Giverin played a full match for Royal Antwerp in the Second Division, helping secure a closely fought 2-1 win at Sint-Niklaas. Reds team-mate Gyliano van Velzen was a 70th substitute. On the whole, it was a quiet weekend for United’s five loan stars as both Fabio and Reece Brown did not feature for QPR in the Premier League or for Coventry City in League One. John Cofie should start for Sheffield United in the Championship on Monday night as the Blades welcome Portsmouth to Bramall Lane.

Sejarah nunjukin dr jaman becks sampe clev/welbeck. Mereka melewati jalan menuju tim utama via peminjaman diklub lain Tiap peminjaman bukan selalu berarti ada pemain baru diposisi pemain yg pergi tsb. Dan kalopun memang iya, ya kalo si pemain yg dipinjamkan ternyata lebih impresif drpda pemain baru pasti dipake lah Imho |

Kayaknya sih langsung, setau gw peminjaman bisa langsung gabung deh, inget king dulu. Indikasinya mereka bertiga absen dr skuad utama maupun bench U21 semalem pas main imbang lwn stoke. Kecuali emg mau dibawa ke braga, sesuatu yg gw rasa 'percuma' |
